KHov home seems to be made of good quality, high end appliances and great staff to work with.

Everyone in the entire process was extremely helpful

Colby really helped settle the deal in buying my first home. He was informative and very responsive for anything that I needed or wanted to ask. He guided me through the whole process and recommend buying from this builder.

Working with Khov on this custom build was great, clear buying process and expectation setting. Quality is generally good with some minor tweaks and fixes needed.

I came in and was pleasantly surprised by the service I received, I was able to view the different floor plans and pick the perfect one for me. Once I decided to go ahead with the purchase it was a very easy application process and a very quick loan process. Walk throughs were wonderfully explained and all issues addressed and fixed. My only complaint is the carpet that you used is not good. It snags and pulls very easily, even when vacuuming. I would suggest a different carpet. Also, the parking is a big issue in this community, I would suggest when you have a 1 car garage and 2 bedroom home that you have at least enough additional parking for each 1 car garage to have a parking spot. ... Overall experience was great from start to finish

Jessica was amazing her help and guidance went above and beyond. Matt was so helpful and skilled in the business mortgage loans, he navigated me through changes in the sale of my home. Stephanie, Chris and Tracy helped me know my new home and address issues. My biggest concern is the poor quality of finishing work.

Jeff has been extremely responsive to any issues we have had. We really love our new home and the KHov team are exceptional. I wish we had an opportunity to make some upgrades prior to closing. An exterior gaslight, elevator installation and higher grade cabinets and flooring would have been nice additions.

Bought my home in the winter still waiting for landscaping otherwise very cooperative

The house itself is very nice. Friends have admired it. There are some problems with the house that you would only find after daily living. We have a list of items that need the attention of K. Hovnanian service to correct before giving a five-star rating.
