Sales team is great. Supervisors on site are awesome. Warranty process is quick but not. They respond quick but it takes several visits from several trades to address issues. And some are ongoing issues about same item. It seems that everybody on the team is working hard but they could use a few more employees to help with their workload.

The whole experience of shopping and finaly buying was smooth for me.I fell in love with the design, uniqueness and quality of the materials used for the house. I would say customized,and classic.The building team were professional, attentive and delivered to detail.I would surely recommend and buy again from khovanian.

We had a very positive experience with buying a Hovnanian home. Their sales rep was extremely courteous and helpful. They were quite flexible in accommodating our needs but within their standard offering. The house was ready on the due date and the closing was uneventful. All in all, this was a great buying experience.

We recently had our new home built by K. Hovnanian in the Hazel Run Glen community and we were very satisfied with our overall experience. The quality of construction and attention to detail are impressive. The finished product has a beautiful, upscale look that truly exceeded our expectations. The production team was professional, responsive, and committed to ensuring we were happy with every step of the process. We would highly recommend K. Hovnanian to anyone looking for a builder that delivers both quality and style.

I do wish the home included trim around windows and/or options for crown molding so it felt more like a home than an apartment, that was the one disappointment/shortfall, but I do like everything else.

The overall buying process was very good. The sales staff and construction manager were excellent and very caring. The quality of construction is good, but lacks in certain areas such as the painting, woodwork and exterior siding and porches. I would recommend K Hovnanian, but you need to be diligent in following up on issues.

The process of purchasing a Khov home was quick, and they were always there when a question arose or explanation was needed. The home was reasonably priced with substantial credits. Overall, we are very pleased.

My wife and I have been very pleased with KHOV. We love the house and they are very responsive to questions or any issues that we had. Overall it has been a great buying experience and can recommend to anyone looking for a new home to look at KHOV

So far happy with the whole process

The home buying experience was twofold. Our sales representative Danielle was awesome to work with and was very accommodating. The KHOV mortgage process was not as good. There was a lot of sending and resending documents. I had to explain several times where my bonus money came from though it was on the paystubs I sent. The house itself is well made and well appointed. My biggest complaint is that the landscaping was/is terrible. Four months in and half of my backyard sod is dead though I water it as prescribed. Additionally, the yard was not properly rolled and it is so even, I roll my ankles when walking across the yard. We had a great experience with K.Hovnanian. The homebuying process was smooth, the quality of work is excellent, and we felt we could trust them every step of the way. For the price, the value is outstanding, and anytime we had questions, they were quick to respond. Highly recommend!

This is my second Khov home. No home is perfect, however Khov has a responsive warranty department. That is why I was confident in making a 2nd home purchase.

Overall the home is great!? I didn’t like the bathrooms being painted in flat paint but other then that it’s a beautiful home that iam proud of .

Home buying is very intimidating but KHov and the entire staffs involved in the process made it easier, informative and doable. They coordinate well with different agencies involved who reached out to us promptly and explain all steps and expectations clearly. We are kept updated on where we are in the process and what’s next for us to do. The home we picked was one of their quick move-ins but we are so happy with the details of its workmanship. We have been visiting different communities and looking at multiple builders in the past 2 years and Monarch Glen by KHov tops it all. The location is close but not too close to the beautiful but can be busy area of Lewes and Rehoboth. At the end of the day, after a walk in the beach, shopping and great food choices, we can retreat in our beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. My experience with Jason handling all our warranty repair needs he has gone above and beyond to take care of the issue.

The construction traffic can be testing at times,but thats only temporary! The screening makes a big difference with the bugs.

Hovnanian's entire Team was great to work with, from the initial meeting through to closing. Carolyn in Sales was accommodating, thorough in following up with answers and additional information, always courteous & professional, never pressuring, a real joy to work with. Robert and then Chris were brilliant on the Construction side; ever helpful, answering hundreds of questions, walking us through the house during different phases, very responsive with assistance after we moved in. There's never a perfect project with no issues; the test is how does a company respond or recover when the problems inevitably arise. Last but definitively not least, is the service and support we've received from Harold. He's been fantastic and quick to respond offering us ongoing support. Over the years, I've purchased many new homes. What was nice and unique about this purchase was the commitment by the sales executive, Matthew, and the construction manager, Buddy, to make sure I ended up with a house I could be proud to call my own. I felt the communication through the process was very good and the general craftsmanship of the home was just as good. And to be sure, I had hired a third party inspector to review the build over various stages and they were also pleasantly pleased with the quality of the build and the fit/finish of the home.

Our salesperson Doug was amazing throughout the many months of buying! Be careful about buying a seasonal build (Winter built house and closing early in the year). These get zero priority with installing driveways, grading, grass seeding, and landscaping. We’ve been moved in for over 3 months and all we have is a fresh driveway, sidewalks, and just dirt everywhere. All our neighbors are in the same situation. All the new and current builds are getting everything complete before even being sold. In this time we’ve had one screw in a tire fixed with a patch, another screw in a different tires sidewall causing a mandatory new tire, and concrete being flung on one of our vehicles with nothing being done yet after a few weeks. Sales team was low pressure, quick to respond, and accommodating. Site project manager was thorough, detailed, responsive, and accommodating. Mike and Tom were great to deal with throughout the process. Would definitely recommend them.

They had exactly what I wanted. They really utilize every square foot and keep it functional in their designs. Their staff is extremely responsive. I looked at other very popular home builders before Khov and you really can't find their customer service anywhere. You can tell that their staff really cares about their clients.

House was a good build, could have spent more time on the little details, outlets should have been installed in a better location. Some walls are wavy from the painters, overall it is a beautiful home.
