My experience from beginning to end has been very positive with Khov. After moving in discovered some things that needed more attention. Khov was quick to respond with solutions. In summary, I am pleasantly pleased with my new home.

The level of service provided by Grant, and Caroline can not be topped. I will say that Codi has replaced Caroline and he is incredible as well. We love the home, the finishes, appliances and decorative touches makes you feel like you are in the lap of luxury. The 2 primary bedroom suites are over the top. The kitchen appliances make you feel you are in a chefs kitchen. The island is a comfortable relaxing gathering spot for the family. Having the upstairs loft area gives you an additional gathering spot so you can gain that little separation without anyone feeling slighted. The location of the neighborhood with the Freeman stage, Harris Teeter, Foxes Pizza, CVS & McDonald's for that meal for the kids is ideal. We get in our golf cart and go to 38 Degrees for the view at lunch, we can't wait for the spring to get up there more often. ... More

Warranty leader (Gary) is very responsive and flexible. We have just one outstanding request that I’m confident will be addressed quickly.

The overall buying process was very good. The sales staff and construction manager were excellent and very caring. The quality of construction is good, but lacks in certain areas such as the painting, woodwork and exterior siding and porches. I would recommend K Hovnanian, but you need to be diligent in following up on issues.

My wife and I have been very pleased with KHOV. We love the house and they are very responsive to questions or any issues that we had. Overall it has been a great buying experience and can recommend to anyone looking for a new home to look at KHOV

This is my second Khov home. No home is perfect, however Khov has a responsive warranty department. That is why I was confident in making a 2nd home purchase.

Home buying is very intimidating but KHov and the entire staffs involved in the process made it easier, informative and doable. They coordinate well with different agencies involved who reached out to us promptly and explain all steps and expectations clearly. We are kept updated on where we are in the process and what’s next for us to do. The home we picked was one of their quick move-ins but we are so happy with the details of its workmanship. We have been visiting different communities and looking at multiple builders in the past 2 years and Monarch Glen by KHov tops it all. The location is close but not too close to the beautiful but can be busy area of Lewes and Rehoboth. At the end of the day, after a walk in the beach, shopping and great food choices, we can retreat in our beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Sales team was low pressure, quick to respond, and accommodating. Site project manager was thorough, detailed, responsive, and accommodating. Mike and Tom were great to deal with throughout the process. Would definitely recommend them.

The experience with KHov has been good from the beginning to the current date. The superintendent Tom, is very knowledgeable and responsive.

Vicki my agent was wonderful. She provided timely updates since my primary home is out of state. she was extremely responsive to questions, a great experience.

The process from beginning to end was very smooth. The sales person was very good and the construction manager was even better!

Quality of workmanship was good; few minor issues, nothing major, which were or are currently being addressed.

We were heard and kept UpToDate through the process. The communication was excellent despite us being out of state. The design studio was a breeze and the consultant super helpful. We love the community and highly recommend it .

Overall this was an excellent experience. Just remember you are NOT purchasing a custom home at $400 per square foot. This is a production home built by very experienced professionals. Our home construction was supervised by very experienced and knowledgable managers. It was delivered 6 weeks early. We budgeted the customized features by others after closing. All phases of sales, construction and service are streamlined and tightly controlled. Khov delivers amazing value for the $$! Watching our neighbors homes being built is amazing. Efficiency, quality control and scheduling is paramount. Khov uses every effort to control costs, schedule and quality. After the closing service is very good- just know how to implement it. ... Buying this house was a pleasure. The salesperson was great and the construction manager was very attentive. I love the design. The 9-foot ceilings make it feel big and the open-concept kitchen/dining/living room is great. My one qualm is the quality of the paint. I oversaw the repainting of every room in my old place, using Benjamin Moore or Behr or Valspar paints. The paint here is thin. The semigloss is hard to wipe clean and the flat paint is easy to scratch. I expect in years to come I will begin to have the rooms repainted. Otherwise, though, it's a great house and I can't believe it's mine! ... More

Overall great experience- very few issues - minor in nature addressed quickly Surprised granite is not the standard kitchen counter- I have not had formica be the standard since the 1980’s!
