Our sales person Elizabeth, was the best. She answered all our questions when needed. Whether it was by phone, email, or text. She always answered. She was always sending us updates about the build. These updates were videos and photos of the build. She made the process very easy and stress free. I would highly recommend a K Hov home to friends and family.

Bought a spec home that was just perfect for our needs. From sales to maintenance, everybody was responsive and informative.

My husband and I were looking for home in Delaware for a long time. We knew that we wanted a new home and we knew the area we wanted to be near and we were working with a very specific budget. No matter how many homesites we visited, we consistently came back to K. Hovnanian Homes. We found a community and a home that was not only beautiful, but met our financial needs and allowed us to select from a range of options that would help us create a comfortable living space. When we found our townhouse in the "Retreat at Millstone," we truly felt that we were getting a gorgeous home and a great value for the budget we were working with. In addition to getting such a great new home, we were so fortunate to meet and work with wonderful people. The team at this development were awesome and they helped us through this entire process. It was a pleasure to work with them. We have an outstanding sales consultant in Devin, who supported us from the very beginning to ensure that we were happy and that all our questions and needs were met throughout the entire process. Devin always goes the extra mile to sure that everything is to your complete satisfaction. He helped us pick a homesite, think about possible interior options, and guided us through every step of the buying experience. Devin was always available to speak with us and answer all our questions. Terry, our design consultant, was instrumental in helping us customize our home and worked with us to select the most beautiful options, materials, and color scheme within our budget. She was amazing, talented and had such patience as she walked us through each and every option for our home. With her help, we created a warm and inviting atmosphere that is truly unique and exquisite. It was really awesome to have the opportunity to choose from so many options and so many price points. That was something that is unique to this builder. As our home construction began, we met Tom who was our Construction Manager. Tom was responsible for making sure that every detail in our home from the floorpan, the wiring, and installation of all the options were handled with care, respect, and integrity. Tom meets with you and facilitates a series of Gold-Key Walkthroughs where you go over every detail of the home building process and Tom makes sure that everything you select and everything you want is explicitly outlined for the construction teams and installers throughout the process. He checks everything thoroughly and if he sees anything that doesn't look right, he immediately takes action to resolve the issue. Tom does everything possible to make sure that your home is perfect. Even, after we closed on our home, we still have the complete support of Devin and Tom. Devin is always ready and willing to support and assist you to make sure that you feel completely satisfied with your home, that you feel good about your purchase and that you feel you have a quality living space. Devin is very professional and takes such a sincere interest in making sure any issues you have are resolved satisfactorily. It's really nice to know that you can reach out to a team of people after a purchase is completed and get things resolved in a timely manner and with ease. Tom has continued to work with us as well and has been supportive in explaining how everything works in your new home. Purchasing a new home can be a very stressful experience, and there are times when things just need to be adjusted, replaced, and fixed. However, we have a great team of people who are committed to ensure that all of our expectations are met. It is a pleasure to work with this organization and they have a good group of talented and knowledgeable professionals, looking after your interests. Caleb and Lou were so helpful through this whole process. This was our first experience buying a new home. We absolutely love the size of our community. Not too big and not too small. The location to amenities is perfect. Stores ,church, bank ,post office and beach.

Overall, we are very pleased with our Seabrook property. Our sales representative was conscientious and helpful, and we ended up with a great looking house. He was also diligent in following up to ensure we were not encountering problems. The construction manager was extremely thorough during the walk through process and quick to respond to any issues that arose. The only rough spot was the trip to the design center, which did not go smoothly. All in all, we're happy customers.

Caleh and Lou were amazing throughout the process. They always took the time to answer any questions and always kept us informed of how things progressed.

The community is GREAT!! From sales to the project manager - EVERYONE is professional and helpful. Nick was our sales agent. Tom is the project manager- BOTH have been outstanding! The quality of our home is AMAZING for the price.
