Overall a good experience in working with sales team. Home is well built and well architected.

Found numerous problems with the finish quality which could have been easily caught and rectified before sending it for closing. Did not feel like it is worth the money. It was evident that workers did not took good care of the house while they were working, scratches dents, over painting, flooring problem. We were disappointed for sure.

Had some bumps in the road, but in the end, all was addressed. Great communication through the process. Love our new home.

I will know better at the 1 year mark. Fixes are still in progress.

Overall the process was easy and people were extremly helpful. However, we were disappointed with limited amount of materials/colors/options offerred overall. In addition, when construction was completed, so of the location of the elements incorporated in the house could have been better placed.

The sales agent David is great. The turnover rate for the builders are terrible. We had three different builders by the time we closed. This lead to a lot of issues and barriers for closing, specifically things not getting ordered, projects not being scheduled in a timely fashion, and no one checking to see if projects were done to a certain standard ultimately leading to a six minute delay for closing and me missing out on great interest rates. Having paid >$600k for a home, I wasn’t expecting this. Nonetheless if the communication and Quality Control improves, the buying experiences would be awesome. ... More

Beautiful layout.. Wish we had been able to discuss an elevator prior to completion

Love the overall design and layout of the model. Frequent changes to personnel was a problem even when the personnel were good.

Had some delay due to COVID but construction manager Lamar and sales manager David Dempsey kept us in the loop. Attic access has been designed to be in room above fan which is highly inconvenient. Have to move bed and everything just to open attic access ladder. There were few other issues which were/are taken care of.

Overall Ok. Design center was awful and created most of our issues.

Patrick was an asset and still offers us great advice, great service and really good resources to use in getting our home to perfection

The neighborhood, its proximity to the surrounding community, and our neighbors are wonderful! The structural integrity of our home is solid (especially given the stringent inspections conducted by the City of Alpharetta). If you buy here, you will live in a solidly built home in a great location! With that said, the finishing touches leave A LOT to be desired. It's like Pulte ran an impressive marathon for the first 25.7 miles and then meandered for the final half-mile. • The painting crew did an extremely poor and incomplete job. We've had them come out multiple times to do the job properly, and we're still needing to have them come out again. Their workmanship is the not the standard you'd expect from a John Weiland Home. • The staining crew for the stairs throughout the house also had poor workmanship, and like the painters, we're having them come back out to re-do all the stairs. • The cleaning crew honestly did not have workmanship from all appearances. We closed on the purchase of our home as we needed to move; however, we did provide this feedback in our survey to Pulte afterward, along with providing it here, in the hopes that for future builds in our neighborhood, Pulte finishes the race strong with the finishing touches that you'd expect when buying a John Weiland home at this price point. On the positive side, Pulte is stepping up in response to the issues and resolving them, which is a good and right thing to do. We're appreciative of that. Our view though is simply do the job properly the first time to avoid the extra time, cost, headache, and the feeling that corners are being cut at the finishing stages. Would we buy here again? Yes, absolutely. We know we have a solidly built home in a great location with friendly neighbors. We're very happy to be here, and we look forward to more neighbors joining us. Have reported several issues more than once that have not been resolved

Steve and Justin provided excellent service. I gave 4 stars in the trustworthiness category, because of a hick-up with the boundary lines. This issue was worked out, but the communication for the corporate office could have been better. Although the easement which was not originally disclosed and the additional easements needed before closing were recorded. We never received the signed and sealed plat map we requested and were told would be recorded. This hick-up was not on Justin or Steve.

I have now resided in the home for 3 weeks and a lot of little occurrences have appeared. Leaks, cracks, drainage issue, an electrical outlet doesn't work, a light fixture stopped working, a minor gas leak, and some dings on the shower panel. However, outside all of that the house is nice.

Nice house' delivered ontime.

Have been exceptional after close.

Love the area, very convenient and the community is friendly, laid out open spaced and lots of room for roaming around. My house was bought as a new build so I did not design the interior but the Pulte designers did a fantastic job with the fittings, it is everything that I was looking for. The final workmanship lacked some attention to detail and it could of being finished off a bit better with a watchful eye, I don't believe a customer care inspection was done before closing because it was a rush job and it is now evident. The house itself is wonderful, awesome layout and mostly top class finishings. Most major issues I had at inspection have being resolved but there is still a few weeks work to be done that needs to be refinished and replacements to be done. Lack of attention in the final stages is probably the biggest flaw but altogether its a wonderful house and area. ... More

Good home for the price.

Pulte Homes seems to focus on speed of the build at the expense of attention to detail. We've been in our home less than a month and I have spent over 7 days at home at various points waiting on "warranty trades to repair/adjust multiple items. The is a reasonable expectation for a punch list and i understand things needing adjustments but there have been multiple repairs and replacements. Hopefully, any major issue will show itself in year 1 when it's easier to get warranty work done. On the other hand Kerry, the field manager, has responded to issues immediately and has scheduled repairs with the urgency. He has a tough job under Pulte's Speed Building model. ... More

PRO: The homes are beautiful, luxurious, and well designed. CON: They are built quickly, so there may be minor workmanship issues.

Home has a lot of new features and very good efficiency rating. Drywall finish and paint was not up to par with the rest of the home features.

Our builder made the biggest difference in our process. Brent was amazing!

Representation on the build side was exceptional. Preston was second to none during the process up to and through the Celebration Walk. On sales side, representation was also exceptional. Product knowledge could be improved, but overall great. While we bought this house 75% in...because the previous deal fell through...there were no changes allowed. I think it would be advantageous to allow some level of change if features were not finished. Paint, add a doot to the garage for exit to the back yard...set some guidelines though as in understand materials were already purchased.
