The whole process of buying and building a new home can be extremely stressful. Highland made it as effortless as possible and have a good process in place to make it simple. The people from the sales team to the designers to the build team were all top notch. Once you commit to Highland they want to do everything they can to get you into the home of your dreams.

Highland Homes built the home we wanted at a price we could afford. Their builder Jesse was incredibly detailed and helpful. They were willing to modify more than other builders I've worked with in the past, and helped me make the home my own. I noticed a few minor things that needed changing after my closing date and Highland Homes didn't hesitate to make it right and quickly. I trusted the team I worked with and hope to build with them again someday.

Very pleased with our new Highland townhome. Todd was great to work with. We had a few minor repair issues and Kris was on top of everything. He even went to the new house to meet the contractors when I was unavailable. Excited to be moving in.

We have built 7 houses over the years but have always been local during the build. Not this time. We were 5 states away but our sales rep and our building superintendent kept us informed and shared progress pictures. Every detail was addressed along the way. Our best building experience. Process was streamlined and we made many changes since we were in it from dirt so gave us an opportunity to select all finishouts to our liking creating a custom home. The entire staff was great and seamless! Very pleased with the results and highly recommended!

Highlands Homes did an amazing job on not only the craftsmanship and house quality, but also the services and responsiveness for any questions/concerns my wife and I had.
