Thanks to her patience, creativity and professionalism to make this experience amazing for us for years to come. Greg, construction manager was prompt, polite, educational, patient, responsive and amazing to work with to complete this project. His timely update, response and closing out actions were worry free for us to focus on our daily life. I do find highland base options do not measure up to the quality of the home they build. We ended up upgrading most of the things that challenged our budget and total price of the house. Thanks to Anna to be creative to help us navigate this within our budget. Excellent service & follow up

I have bought two houses from Highland and have a great experience both times.

Melissa (builder) and Julie (sales) were both incredibly responsive and helpful. Couldnt ask for better people to work with. This is especially true when we originally had no timeline which turned into a strict deadline. They went above and beyond to get us in our house ahead of or first born arriving. Would highly recommend working with them and certainly would work with them again in the future.

Very happy with our new home. Did have some issues with incorrect tile being installed and not caught until the day we closed. Doug helped us get everything switched out immediately to the correct style. Very happy with the tall ceilings and bay window in the master bedroom.

Highland home team for The Grove is A team. Sales manager/construction manager are great to work with.

Corporations are simply a legal entity that is composed of people. The people make the organization. The people at Highland Homes in Star Trail have impeccable character and integrity. They are trustworthy and fair. You cannot ask for more from a home builder. I can highly recommend Highland without any reservations.

Be sure you understand the plan you want to build. The upgrades will set your home apart and give you more enjoyment. Be sure and check all your options. Be sure to communicate with the office support team and selection staff for your options to make sure you get what you pay for. They are the most important people to ensure your satisfaction. This group is the ones that can make sure your builder is updated on your home.

We’ve had an excellent experience, particularly when dealing with our Construction Manager Cody R. Cody is very knowledgeable, thorough, and follows through. We are having a minor fly issue (they are coming in the garage and through our adjacent bathroom wall...) and within minutes of notifying Cody, he was here and arranged for pest control. He and the contractors that have come out have been attentive and courteous.

Outstanding experience from sales counselor to builder to senior executives. Great quality with outstanding follow up and warranty issues.

Sandbrock Ranch is a great development. Love the Amenity Center and all the open areas. Will, Kelsi, and Blake were, and still are, responsive to my needs and requests. Great Team!

If I have one negitive thing to say, it would be bathroom drawers are to small & kitchen cabinets needed to be a little deeper. Other than that they're a quality excellent home.
