I love that was able to choose my colors and other options to make it my own style! Everyone made the process smooth and stress free and very patient with all of my questions. By far the best quality compared to other home builders. I am so happy here!

All interactions withe the builder and sales staff has been a positive experience. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. There is a comfortable feel about the neighborhood. Everyone I have met are friendly and happy here. It is a more quiet environment with a sense of community. Highland makes everyone seem welcome.

We’ve been living in this home for about three months now, and we’re genuinely impressed with the overall quality throughout the house. Every corner feels well-built, and at no point did we feel like cheap materials were used. During our orientation, we were able to put blue tape on even the smallest and most minor issues, and every single one was taken care of. The crews who came out for repairs were always professional and kind. Our contractor, Yale, has been exceptional. He responds to messages quickly, keeps his promises, and resolves issues efficiently. My wife and I had a fantastic experience all the way through the purchase of our home in Sandbrock Ranch. The sales team with Beau helped us get to just the right home and contract, and provided some flexibility as we were selling another home. They communicated very well. Our builder, Glen, has been awesome helping us understand all aspects of the house. He even called us ahead of the recent winter weather to make sure we were all set. Highland Homes is a fantastic team of people that build great homes. We're thrilled to be in ours!

Highland Homes has been great. We have had minimal issues and they were addressed almost immediately.

This is the third new home that my wife and I have purchased, and this was the best experience yet. Highlands is a great value, and their staff were fantastic to work with. The home is built with quality as a priority as opposed to some of the other builders in the area. They were very responsive both during the building process and even after closing with warranty issues. We have had very few warranty issues and the minor issues we had were addressed immediately. I would absolutely recommend Highlands to friends and family.

The buying process was great. Sales people worked well with us and our realtor giving us much incentives and access to the home to check and review it. At move in our project / builder manager was always available ensuring details were addressed and fixed. All working as expected. Nice to have the support as you move in and get familiar with your new home.
