From Virginia/Bonnie to Andreas and Will, my experience has been wonderful. I love my home it is so beautiful from the plan to the choices the designer made in the home, the backyard—the width and the depth of the backyard. everything is beautiful. Andreas and Will have been responsive and very efficient. I’m thrilled. I couldn’t be happier… Will is the best such a doll. He cares. I’ve never seen such responsiveness and follow-ups. This is our 2nd highland home. Both our builder and community manger were awesome. They helped much with all my change requests and really got us the home we wanted. I would have asked for various changes way after contract signing and all these changes were accommodated. Ever after closing, my builder was very helpful in taking care of fixes that home required. Great team and service; very honest and trustworthy.

Our family felt prioritized and taken care of when purchasing our home. If we had questions, then they were answered. The team is very supportive and understanding. Thank you!

Sales Team was exceptional. From the day I toured the model homes to the day I moved in to my new home, the builder's team members were very attentive to my needs. The quality of the home is well worth the price.

My family homebuying experience was personally the smoothest out of all the homes we have purchased despite issues with the in house lender approving and rescinding the approval closer to our original close date. Nichol C was excellent from the start until our closing date. He’s truly an asset to Highland Homes because he really took it personal when it seemed like the deal was done. Just when we thought it was over officially he helped us navigate through this tremendous hiccup & led us to such a wonderful person. Natalee D who was able to assist us in getting this deal completed. Mattew B was awesome as well despite us not being able to get the deal done with him. It was a great experience in 2014 and even better in 2022, when we signed the contract for our preferred single-level plan that very few builders offer at this scale and quality. Starring from the sales interaction to the build out, everything was centered in what would make sense for the buyer and responded to from that perspective from Highland. We continue to be a very satisfied return client.

We have lived in our new highland home for a few months now and are absolutely thrilled every day we get to wake up in it.
