The rumors are true. Highland Homes really is a cut above the rest. After visiting countless builders and model homes in the DFW we settled for Highland Homes due to their exceptional customer service, knowledgeable sales and build team, flexibility with customization, no frills process and outstanding build quality. If we could build again we would build with Highland Homes.

Working with our Highland team was great from the very beginning to closing. Duwayne, our sales consultant, and Austin our construction manager were great. As a construction superintendent myself. I can highly recommend Highland Home. Of course there will be issues and set backs as with any construction project. However our Highland representatives have gone out of their way to make sure everything was handled and all issues were resolved. We cannot recommend Highland Homes enough.

From the first step into the model home, Jessica perfectly balanced being available to answer questions with giving us space to explore. Jessica was always responsive through our whole process and quick to share details for any requests that we made. Jessica organized meetings for us when we were considering changes to the carpet. Jessica made us feel like we were her top priority. Adam, our construction manager, was thorough and proactive. Once we got closer to closing, Adam handled the meetings throughout the final stages. If I had a question of a concern, Adam would follow-up and make sure any corrections were completed. Adam also spent time helping me understand features of the house that were different from my previous homes and had on hand contacts with venders for any future needs I might have. We love our home and would highly recommend Highland homes as a builder. The quality of the build was top notch, and we appreciated D'Marco responding immediately to any issues we encountered after taking the keys. He did not hesitate to address any of our issues and that is not common for new builds. Highland takes pride in their work, and it clearly shows. Additionally, Amy was fantastic to work with and she was there to support us through the purchasing process and addressed any questions we had. Highland Homes has been great. We have had minimal issues and they were addressed almost immediately.

I purchased a home that was part of the inventory so I didn't get to pick the various finishes or work with the team over the course of several months, but I felt like everyone went above an beyond to help get me settled. I was especially impressed with the team's help and follow up as various events occurred after purchase, like an ice storm and locking myself out of my vehicle. In a day in age where a lot of purchasing feels transactional and impersonal, I'm so grateful for that Highland Homes treats its customers like real people.

This is the third new home that my wife and I have purchased, and this was the best experience yet. Highlands is a great value, and their staff were fantastic to work with. The home is built with quality as a priority as opposed to some of the other builders in the area. They were very responsive both during the building process and even after closing with warranty issues. We have had very few warranty issues and the minor issues we had were addressed immediately. I would absolutely recommend Highlands to friends and family.

Highland homes designs some of the best homes in highland. We bought a 65 foot lot with the one story home. The design is so grand from the entry you walk down this awesome hallway into a great room that includes large kitchen, keeping, dinning and living room with 14 foot ceilings!!!! The materials and finishes are all high quality. Our project manager Charles walked us through the entire process and made sure everything was done the way it should be. Every new home will have some issues or things that may not be completed correctly. We had very little issues and mostly just cosmetic. Our experience with Highland Homes in the Wildflower Community has been outstanding. The neighborhood is beautifully, peaceful, and very family-friendly. The amenities and walking trails make it a great place to live, especially for military and veteran families looking for a strong sense of community. Buying a home from highland was a great experience they went out there way to help with everything I needed to get approved Alan was great strongly recommended using him out his team he was always there when I had a question and always had an answer for me or he would get someone else with the answer.
