While acknowledging at the time of sale local service is excellent. Delighted would be having that same sense of urgency for lingering issues. Just an uninformed opinion but I suspect Corporate Fulton could be more proactive to effectively support the local teams efforts. Such as quotes for painting the rusting view fence for houses near the lake and complete landscaping between street/sidewalk on 22000 series of E. Arrowhead Trail so it looks like a neighborhood vs. construction zone for the upcoming holidays. A majority of houses are complete.

Working with Linn was a great buying experience. Our construction manager Jim has been awesome and very responsive. The design center was a great way to select the options. We love the home and the lake and other amenities at Barney Farms.

My experience has been great. I do feel once you moved in you are kinda forgotten about. I feel there should of been a check in a few weeks after move in. I was told someo r from Chase Robert’s would call to go over air conditioning unit and i have not gotten a call. I have noticed a few things I am disappointed in but for the most part my experience has been great.

The responsiveness of Lynn, our sales associate, and Marlon, our project manager was top notch. We never had a question or concern unanswered. Many thanks to both for such exceptional customer service.

Any problems we had were handled by the prior stated persons in a timely manner, consistently.

They were good to reinforce the benefits and information contained on the website but also responded timely and with detailed instructions. They were easy to talk to and very responsive. This is a beautiful home! We couldn’t be happier! It will be a great community once all the homes are built! The area is beautiful and awesome! We’re very happy!

Our salesman, both of them, kept us informed of the progress of our new build house. They were easy to access and happy to answer questions. Because of supply issues fir the appliances and some building materials, the overall enjoyment was dampened. Fulton has been great to address and correct the cosmetic ‘glitches’ present.

Team from beginning to end is trustworthy and experienced. Made me feel comfortable and they were extremely reliable. Frustration was definitely the wait time for certain items, but most of that was out of the control of the Fulton team. Still waiting on pavers for front and back yard, which is really frustrating. Trying to be patient. Area that really needs improvement is the painting team. Our floors are a disaster because of all the paint dripped on them. When buying a new home, scraping paint off the floors should not be an expectation passed on to the homeowner.

Size of rooms and room for upgrades.

Overall good good builder with good communication with buyer throughout process

My walk through for my new house was really exciting and unbelievable. Almost Everyone that worked on my home was there…very impressed with the Fulton staff and how they work together to make sure everything is to your liking. Great customer service!
