Fulton team is extremely helpful in supporting the purchase process and after sales service. Their sales associate provided thorough guidance and lots of support from the pre decision stage thru closing our house. All the floor plan options give you the flexibility and ideas to build your dream house! Love my house and thanks very much again for your great work and support, Fulton!

Be patient, our project manager was awesome but they get busy. They will get back to you and go over any concerns.

The overall experience was great. Only extremely negative impact was you installed a broken microwave in my home and refused to replace it. Your construction manager on the day we got our keys said he tested the microwave and it works which was not accurate. We are STILL without a microwave 30 days after moving in.

We will recommend the company to other buyer without hesitation.

Overall it is a nice house but there were (still are) many issues that need to be addressed. I have purchased new homes before and understand there are always construction items that need to be repaired or fixed, a punch list. We identified many of these during our walkthru which were supposed to be repaired before move in. There were not and no we have identified many more issues that need to be fixed. We have submitted those for repair but after 3 weeks nothing has been done. Ironically, in the model home is a non stop video playing about thier quality and attention to detail and how every home goes through multiple inspections before given to the homeowner. some of the finish work not done very well. Soffit has bare spots. Still no toilet paper holders

Home was poorly built. The attention to detail was extremely awful. Paint all over the floors. Home was delivered dirty. Floors had stains. Tile was the incorrect color and inconsistent colored throughout. Tom was great though.

There were supply issues and delays. However, I believe the superintendent on our home was on top of the project and did everything in his power to accomplish goals.

The overall experience working with Fulton homes has been actually very great

From start to finish the Fulton team has been very responsive. We love our new home and feel we got great value for our $$.

Look at more builders before you make a decision. Most of builders offer more incentives

From the sales team to the support team , every one has been great. One of the best communities to live in. Though we have less incentives compared to other builders but the quality is top notch

I purchased my home in Cooley Station Gilbert from Fulton homes in September this year. The whole purchasing experience is great than any other time I purchased house. This is my first home in Arizona, the quality and materials are very good, the sales people are so helpful, the construction team are as well did very nice works for my home, the design center has everything I want it. Thank you. Highly recommended Fulton Homes for anyone who is planning to buy a home.

The salespersons were very helpful. Specially the customer service lady who is very nice and professional. However, the closing orientation was too simple. The two persons just asked us to sign what have done from the last walk in but did not show us anything we should pay attention such as where are the remote controls for the fans/lights( we found them by ourselves in one of the drawers) and so on.

Overall experience has been very good. There are minor imperfections, however, they are being handled.

We had a rough start with our original Salesperson, once we got that switched it was great! The construction team and super were awesome and worked with us on all issues and questions, the team in the design center was also great to work with. All in All, Fulton built a great home at a fair price and did what they could to make the best of all the delays and challenges that we are all dealing with in these extraordinary times. Thank you to the Entire Fulton team!

Overall our experience was good. We had to move in without all of the appliances which was unfortunate but this company was very responsive to our needs. Alex, the construction manager is phenomenal! This is the third home I've built and I must say working with Alex was the best experience of them all. Alex promptly scheduled all needed repairs and is always very kind and polite.

I will preface by saying this was not my first time building a home. I am happy with the overall product but the communication from the office staff and the supervisor (Marlon) was less than ideal. For example, if there is going to be an additional 4 month delay that you are aware of, communicate that to the buyer. Don't wait for us to pull it out of you when we think we are moving in in 6 weeks. We were also provided no appliances and no substitutes or even a gift card to buy a toaster. The front office (Mark) was extremely rude and offered no sympathy. Our neighbors received temporary items and we were told to fly a kite. The subcontractors were terrible and it seemed no one was checking their work in a timely fashion. I get that things need to be redone occasionally but why are we the ones to point them out when they should be caught. Overall the house is what we wanted but the experience was awful. ... More

Overall we had a good experience working with Fulton Homes during the build process. We were relocating from Wyoming and working on this long distance posed some problems but the entire team worked with our ability to come to Phoenix and we were able to conduct all of our appointments with no disruption of the building process. There were minimal issues noticed after moving in and Fulton took care of those issues quickly and without any warranty hassle which is something you can't always say about warranty's!! We were behind in getting in our new home due to co-vid and shortages of materials. Once in our home there were few issues to resolve, and Fulton is still working on them. We are satisfied with the build and would recommend Fulton Homes to anyone interested in purchasing a new home.

Everything was less than exceptional in most part due to covid issues. That's understandable. Fulton superintendent Rick was exceptional considering the countertop contractor lying about the state of installation. Very nerve racking deciding to sign or not sign without countertops in place. Considering I told everyone about the issue two weeks before closing. Rick and Travis from fulton have taken careof all issues since then in a timely manner.

Our experience hasn’t been as bad as others in our neighborhood but we’ve still had issues, issues that I never had when I bought my first house 10 yrs ago for half the price and 50% larger than this one. I use to consider Fulton at the higher end of the average home builders (as in not custom and not $1m dollar homes) but after this house they’ve kinda of just slipped into average.

I am not happy with the vendor of screen door/window, the install is delay for over a month, and I still don't know when they will be able to come. They don't have a work schedule themselves.

The Sales and Project Manager have been great to work with and the support staff has been excellent. They have all been trustworthy and very responsive to issues we have raised. Fulton lost points on their workmanship and materials. Their painters were subpar.

Our home is beautiful and well constricted. There were some issues due to supply chain problems. We were not able to get some appliances we ordered and moved in without an oven. We were ok with this as we were made aware of these issues ahead of time. When we moved in the kitchen faucet was not working correctly. I would have have thought this would have been seen when installed but I guess it was not tested. Took over a month and three service calls to get corrected. If you buy a spec home ask what is included and what options are not available.
