Everyone was very responsive to any concerns or minor fixes.

The response to issues were immediately resolved. The only negative is that some of the finishing touches were not as professional as I would expect from such a large firm.

Love our new home!

This is the third home we have built with DiVosta and couldn't be happier!

Landscaping lacks color with too many juniper evergreens. We expanded our driveway after moving in which should be an option for new homebuyers

Brent our salesman made the whole experience so much fun. Sent drone pictures as the house was built.

my Building supervisor has been wonderful and responsive however, the work request have not been resolved. I know he has tried to get the proper people to follow up and it’s out of his hands but we need some things done. It’s the pool people, we haven’t had them come give us the “pool school” hitch we have to have as we’ve never owned a pool before and have no idea what we need to do to take care of it or what materials we need to have to do so. Also there is a tree/bush that was dead when we’ve moved in that still hasn’t been replaced. I know Jeff has put in the order so it’s out of his hands. Other than that anything we’ve needed taken care of in the house, Jeff has taken care of in a timely manner. We also wish that we had options to have lighting and fans installed as we are unable to do so ourselves. But we love the house and neighborhood and look forward to many years of comfort here! ... we love our new Divosta home! Ready on time with no major issues.

They have been wonderful to work with. My only issue was with the cleaning people. They could have done a better job with the small details that you don’t see at a walk through. I can’t say enough good things about our building contact or our warranty person!

I love our floor plan and the quality of the final result. I was very pleased with the communication from our project manager, Jeff. He sent us photos throughout the building process and was very responsive to any question I might have.

Casey was outstanding! Trustworthy, honest, kind Casey is kind, honest and dependable! He is a great asset to your team!!! I would highly recommend him!!!!!!

From start to finish, great experience.

Excellent quality built. Assigned Field Manager was great, knowledgeable and had concerns fixed promptly. Options are a bit pricy and altering a purchased usually is not permitted.

We were fortunate to have a great site supervisor, Joe, who kept a watchful eye over every little detail of the build as we were in Michigan during the whole process. When we arrived for the walk thru we were blown away by the details that had all been taken care of. I feel the only negative of the whole experience was the short window we had to decide on all the details of our home and the few choices we were given. To plan your whole home in two hours was not an experience I felt that warranted the amount of money we were spending.

We basically have no qualifications in the building industry. We leaned on the experts at The Veranda. Having just moved in, 2 months, we had a problem with the air conditioner that was promptly taken care of. We have a problem with our pool heater, which has not been taken care of. We, like many other people, wonder what happens after the sale. When we were buying, the service was excellent. Starting with Lisa, our salesperson, to Adam, our project manager, we were very happy and satisfied. The verdict is still out on the subcontractors and how they will handle any issues that may arise.

A dedicated builder with core focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Divosta was with us side by side guiding us on what home suited our budget and then building the home to the specifications that suited us. We are extremely pleased with the entire process and most of all the final product of our home. Divosta has certainly lived up to the high quality their brand demands.

Very pleased with our new home. The Very pleased. The cleaning crew could have done a better job in getting all the splattered glue and tile grout off the floor, but overall, we're pleased.

An outstanding job by Brent with the sales process, Chuck with the construction phase and Raul with post closing. Very responsive, professional and customer focused! The closing team made the process seamless .
