Easy process to select options. Regular updates and helpful communication. Construction manager very knowledgeable. Still waiting for repairs to items found at closing. Only disappointment is the lack of accountability and coordination between the sales team. Me and new neighbor not happy with orientation of homes.

BeachWalk by Manasota Key is a great community. Homes being constructed are solid with the latest building technology to withstand the annual chance of hurricanes. These building methods were confirmed recently with hurricane Milton which left our home unscathed.

It took only from March to August to built our new home. Very much appreciated. All is looking good. Unfortunately after the first month two hurricanes hit our area. But no issue or damage to our house. Very happy.

Our experience with Divosta was excellent, especially with our construction manager Vincent. We are extremely satisfied with purchase and feel we got good value for the price we paid. Our only complaint is the warranty department. Our customer care representative is terrible at responding to emails. When I send an email I wait one week for a response, if I don't get a response I resend the same email, sometimes more than once before I get a response. We have a pool and we are experiencing the same with the pool punch list, it has been over six weeks and the no items have been addressed on our original punch list. This is extremely frustrating, I feel now that we have closed we have been hung out to dry on our warranty items. This is the second home we have purchased from Divosta, our first purchase was in Naples and we got great customer service from the warranty department. Our CM, Pat was very responsive and Proactive. A great CM eliminates worry and uncertainty during the build process.

Purchasing process was easy and pleasant, providing good value for the money. However quality suffered from rushed or inexperienced subcontractors. DiVosta's own quality control caught and corrected most issues before closing. Other concerns have been addressed quickly through the warranty process.

The sales experience with Dominic was great he was responsive, helpful and professional. Our construction manager Anthony was equally professional and responsive and strong communication. We wish that there were more options available to customize our home but overall we are pleased with the outcome. We will see how warranty issues get resolved with the help of Tye.

The sales person and the CM were outstanding and supportive.

We recently closed on a house in Beachwalk and all went smoothly. We didn't have any major issues and the few small items were noted and have been taken care of or are in process. Justin was our project manager and we were very happy with him. Communication has been very timely with anyone we needed to contact. As of now, we are very happy with the home.

We have been considering buying a home in Florida for several decades. Annually, we rented a home in Boca Grande for a month, but the cost was equivalent to the cost of a new home. We found Beachwalk on a house hunting trip. The cost came in at around $400/sqft and the on-site amenities were outstanding. We plan on spending the winters at Beachwalk and the remainder of the year in Colorado where we have a river front home in Almont, CO and our main house in Colorado Springs.

Jessica the salesperson and Patrick the general contractor was great to work with

Chris G our construction manager was so on top of things, very detail oriented, keep us informed all the time, because of him our experience was the best also Jen our sales person was so professional and also keep us informed

It all started with Jessica, our sales representative, who was patient and informative. She kept us posted with pictures of the build throughout the months under construction. Our construction manager, Chuck, got the ball rolling with on time delivery of the many phases of the build. Being out of the country, we flew in and met Chuck at the pre-drywall stage. He made us feel at ease and gave us confidence that the project was under control and on time. At the 3/4 point in the project we had a change in the construction manager and Eric took over to see the project to the end. Eric was organized, always smiling, and kept the project on schedule. Our concerns were always looked after in a very professional and timely manner by both Chuck and Eric. It was a great experience, our villa was delivered on time with no major issues. The Title company closing the sale was equally efficient. Belinda kept us informed and made it look so easy. Mary, at the amenity centre, also played a role as she answered all our questions on what to expect once we became a resident. The home is well built. Sales team, specifically Jessica Cusack, at Beachwalk were great. Construction Manager, Austin was very responsive to any issues. We love our new home and the community.

So far impressed with the community (i.e. home construction, amenities center, and the overall look of the neighborhood).

Wonderful experience purchasing home and easy settlement. We felt that after settlement there could have been an orientation of the community and HOA. We felt like we had to find out things ourselves.

The house is beautiful . The few issues we have had were resolved quickly as DiVosta construction staff have been very responsive . Pulte and all its subsidiaries are very experienced w/ these residential developments - it helps that once the homeowner selects a style and a lot , there are a limited number of choices , all of which are good . This really helps to expedite the process since it minimizes the chance that a couple will be paralyzed due to a deadlock over options .

Sales consultant guided us through the entire process, step by step. We felt, comfortable, acknowledged and supported throughout the entire journey. Always answered questions and concerns. Went above and beyond to ensure any concerns or issues were addressed to the best of their ability.

Chuck, the construction manager, has been amazing going above and beyond to rectify any issues both pre and post construction. He communicated throughout the entire process, is easy to work with and understands my concerns, responding almost immediately. Jessica C. in sales is wonderful to work with. She helped me obtain my lot soon after I visited Beachwalk and kept me updated during the construction process. She remains available for help and information even after I have moved in.

From start to finish our home buying experience with Divosta at Beachwalk by Manasota Key was excellent. Chas our CM and Jessica C our Sales Person couldn’t have been more courteous, helpful or professional in helping us all through the building process. If you’re thinking of buying here you’ll be in good hands, especially if you work with Chas and Jessica. Everyone else we met were also very friendly and helpful, so it seems to be a solid team here. We made the right decision buying here.

When Beachwalk opened up you had to bid on lots and we were constantly being out bid. Our salesperson Jessica was the driving force for us. She kept us upbeat and eventually found our perfect lot. Our design meeting went well, a little disappointed that if you chose not to get an item there was no credit. The building process took us through 3 CMs with a large gap between the 2nd and 3rd CM where our house sat for a few months with no work being down. After more than 16 months from purchase to close we are in with just a few punch list items still awaiting to be completed. We love our home and the community but the process was a very stressful one but our salesperson was amazing we could not of gotten through it without her. ... More
