The sales agent and building supervisor were fantastic. Pulte cuts corners on quality and the landscaping they put in is poor for $500,000 + home. Their communities are very nice but KEEP an eye on your home while it is being built.

This is the 6th new property for us. The most expensive, but not the best by far. The general design is only average. The guest bath and closet are really small, but they're needed because there really isn't room for two in the master bath and closet. There was only a single towel bar, so perhaps it's a home for one person. The shower has no comfort features. Curb appeal outweighs the actual product. It might be better not to ask for this feedback.

We were excited and eager to move into our new home at IslandWalk. However our disappointment started with a call from Pulte Mortgage indicating that that they needed a last minute form to close, with less than a week before our scheduled close. “We’re really busy right now,” was the explanation. Finally get keys to our dream home, and immediately notice the lack of attention to details: the final cleaning was terrible - dust and grout on tile floors, paint in carpet. Appliance handles were assembled without removing plastic - now we have scraps that we have to try to remove. CAT 6 outlets not labeled, garage door opener poorly wired. Main problem is cardboard on corner of master bathroom is still there and during walk through she said it would taken care of. Several problems on construction has been detected but was told to wait until the 11th month to report them. Also 7 or 8 bushes are dead in our landscaping

Overall the experience with DiVosta was a good one. The house looks great and we are very happy with it. There was a relatively significant issue with the lanai that was due to a complete lack of communication by DiVosta. It was resolved but DiVosta would not take responsibility for their actions at first. Eventually we settled on splitting the cost of the remediation. Otherwise, a very good experience.

Lots of problems that should have been resolved before closing

I’m still trying to have outstanding items resolved. Having to constantly follow-up, contractors not showing up as scheduled with no follow-up. This has been putting a strain on my work schedule.when a contractor does show up, we find out that the work order is partial complete creating additional follow up from my end. Unfortunately not the experience I was expecting or hoping for. Maria

Knowing about the DiVosta we were expecting more professionalism, espessially regarding responding to numerous issues. Several staff members, that supposed to take care of our issues, got fired and nobody notified us about that. Because of that we lost time. The work order, that we were waiting for a month and a half, didn't occur and we were notified only on the day it was supposed to happen. We delayed our plans to be at the property on the scheduled date, but it didn't happen. And now we have to spend money on additional flight to Florida to be able to let the vendors in and supervise the repairs. Some work orders were not fulfilled at all and we had to pay out of pocket to fix them ourselves. ... More

I'm still waiting for the pool company to do some replacement of pavers and to get the hot water heater working. We closed on the house 8/10/22 and can not use the hot tub because the heater does not work.

We knew understood post close would exist, although the responsiveness and delays to resolve issues have been unacceptable. For example, the sprinkler near driveway was broken, submitted a ticket on 2/16 and still not fully addressed. The other example is the electrical issue, light switch controlled multiple wall outlets and canned lights. They should be independent of each other.

To start off sales team is terrible 2 of the sales people that I dealt with over the course of time I will not recommend, Chris and Dominic , they could careless Now Chris did me a favor by pushing Madison on us. She was professional, nice , accommodating, she went above and beyond for us , she was the reason we continued with talon preserve , she should have been given the full commission for the sale of our home , also be promoted and teach the rest of the sales people how to conduct themselves , I hope that she is recognized for the great job that she did

The workmanship is substandard. They use quality material but there execution is sub standard.

We love the location of our home. We are happy with the build now that it is complete. Was a slow process (15 months) it failed inspection twice… glad there is an inspection process!! As they were corrected… Still waiting for community amenities to be complete - over 2 years and still waiting for many in the community. Taking too long not enough people working on the pool, sport courts etc… area. They need to focus on it! Not selling more homes

There is a huge labor shortage.

Unfortunately we did not have the greatest experience building our new home. I understand there are uncontrollable issues that come up but our closing was delayed numerous times totaling over 3 months. We had 3 different construction managers including 1 that was fired during our build. We were not local for the build so our home I feel did not get the attention it deserved. Our neighbor would call and let us know no one had been working at our house for weeks at a time.

Never use Coast to Coast, the worst experience ever! Very unprofessional rude and DiVosta let this happen. Why I have no idea. Must be a family member or BFF. the reviews were terrible about Coast to Coast and I did not believe it, I would never use them again and given our experience I would probably never use DiVosta / Pulte again or recommend them.

Your vendors that your sell Homeowner contact information to use highly questionable business tactics. They tell new homeowners ridiculously overpriced options and maintenance agreements are Pulte and HOA required.

Although the staff were courteous and professional, they didn't really meet my needs. It may be par for the course with other builders, however.

Quality and workmanship was generally good. Very displeased with close process. We were out of state and elected to do virtual close. Multiple issues were not addressed prior to close that were promised (one still outstanding 2 months later). Home was not clean when closed and required 2 follow ups visits by cleaning crew. We ultimately needed to go through on our own and touch up paint throughout (blemishes and handprints and chunks that should not have passed quality inspection). Divosta looks to create a positive experience, however, I highly recommend you stay on top of literally everything. You would be wise to double check every detail. Mistakes were made that ended up costing me both time and money. The overall home and neighborhood are lovely, but the process was extremely stressful because of the errors made.

Roof had leaks before moved in. Was told they were fixed but after moving in discovered they were not. Warranty crew seems more attentive than construction team. Like the house and community.

Average to slightly above average quality build. Some parts of home appear to be better than others particularly with finishes. Tile work wall finishes were below average while general construction appear to be above average.

Make sure you fully understand what the contract means. Get a home inspection before closing. Enjoy your new home

Overall good experience in spite of communication difficulties.
