Our experience was wonderful, until we had to choose our options. That experience was not ideal.

Island walk is a great community the people have been welcoming and friendly, Divosta did a good job with us. Project manager did a great job

With workers being dedicated to each facet of construction, and a strong process, home was built in 4 months. Supervisor was very responsive and handled issues promptly. Parts of the work was sloppy - painting especially and some of the installations (e.g. showers).

I’ve had many homes, all NEW builds. This by far is the best. Great community, incredible lot, excellent floor plan and wonderful neighbors. Can’t ask for anything else. Very happy with our choice.

There was a problem with oven that required 3 calls and 2 visits to resolve. The FM had been aware of problem BEFORE Celebration, but did not address it.

We are pleased to have recently moved into our new DiVosta home. Thanks for all the hard work and effort. We are pleased with the outcome and are looking forward to many years of enjoyment!

IslandWalk is a great place to live The home designs are varied. The inside design is poor as cabinets are very small, closets are small, causes limited storage that you have to spend additional money on once you move in. No pocket doors make for poor design as one door opens to block a door behind it? Very odd and poorly designed. In a positive note construction was right on time! The supervisor in charge of my home building was Carson, I must say he was easy to work with, very responsive to phone calls from me and really explained everything before, during and even after I moved in I would call him, he always responded quickly and always concerned, he deserves a raise!! ... The construction of the home was completed as scheduled. There were, and still are some issues to be addressed. All items ordered were completed with the exception of epoxy coating on the garage floor. That oversite was rectified in time for our move in. The remaining open items are to be addressed by the warranty crew.

Love the house but disappointed in the workmanship of the floor tiles, walls and trim as they needed a great deal of cleaning and repair.

Construction Managers do a great job to walk you through the construction phases & hold high standards for completion of work. Service after the sale... not very good.

This is our first new home and everyone has been responsive to any problems we encountered.

Oven not installed properly. Other obvious Workman issues not addressed

DiVosta needs to pay attention to interior cosmetic detail correction prior to buyer's walk through inspection like cracked cabinets, crookedly installed electrical/ wall plate receptacles, wrong brand of kitchen appliance installed (Amana dishwasher vs the Kitchen Aid as stated in the contract list). Outside lamppost needs to be tested if it's operational. These should have been inspected and corrected prior to buyer's walk through.

Make sure to go through every detail at the design phase. There are a few things I and they missed that caused some minor issues. I feel they rushed to closing and then leave many issues afterwords to settle. They are very responsive but I think most of these should have been completed prior to closing.

There are a few issues that Divosta needs to address. Such as many cupboard door handles banging against wall or doors. Eventually it will start denting very expensive house materials. On lanai and garage conduit running along wall covered with paint. Window not centered in den. After spending nearly a half of a million dollars needs to be more classy and professional.

great follow up on punch list. It was prompt and done correctly

The home construction and quality was very good but landscape quality was anything but acceptable. Contacted Customer Service and they pushed of on the contract installation company. I contacted the installation company and after 4 weeks no corrective action. Following initial installation, irrigation system was not enabled and shrubs and lawn had no water for 2-3 weeks during daily 90 degree dry conditions. I was told the irrigation control unit was not activated following sod and shrub install. Sad.

Be careful with upgrades, especially built-in kitchens. You're upgrading for appearance and think you're getting top quality but you're really not given a choice of appliances. Kitchenaid now has a recall on their cooktops and only one option exists that will fit. For us it's not an acceptable option and although money is offered to compensate there isn't anything that fits short of reconstructing the countertop and space below. Not enough time or money to cover that. We love IslandWalk and overall love our new home but the standard appliance packages may be the way to go. We love our Divosta home. Our lot is great. The construction aspect was great and our Project Manager was excellent. However, some of the items used to finish the inside we are not happy with. The tile work is awesome. Basic cabinets OK. Basic granite awful. Granite pitted and not smooth and when we questioned granite manufacturer they informed us that the granite came that way. Had I known that, I would have upgraded. The design center showed us a sample and the quality is not the same. Not a big lover of flat paint. Only other issue is mirrors. Both my mirrors have issues with the silver backing. Mirrors in horrible shape. Not sure what they're going to do about that. Pulte builds a solid home but they skimp on the finishing touches. ... Air Conditioner stopped working after 3 weeks. Repaired under warranty

Overall positive. Sales staff excellent. Regina was great, she also assisted us with our first purchase. Once Walk thru was completed there was a lag dealing with the customer service group. Not as helpful with getting problems resolved.

The home I purchased is overall a lovely home. However, I have experienced issues that have not been handled well so far. I called the builder warranty number to report a number of issues to no avail, and I had an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday night which ended in me having to call and independent plumber to fix the issue. When I called the emergency number (5 times due to numerous issues) I was eventually told that Noone was going to help me. I then received a call this past Monday regarding the whole issue and I still have not heard back.
