Love our new home!

This is the third home we have built with DiVosta and couldn't be happier!

Landscaping lacks color with too many juniper evergreens. We expanded our driveway after moving in which should be an option for new homebuyers

They have been wonderful to work with. My only issue was with the cleaning people. They could have done a better job with the small details that you don’t see at a walk through. I can’t say enough good things about our building contact or our warranty person!

Casey was outstanding! Trustworthy, honest, kind Casey is kind, honest and dependable! He is a great asset to your team!!! I would highly recommend him!!!!!!

From start to finish, great experience.

We were fortunate to have a great site supervisor, Joe, who kept a watchful eye over every little detail of the build as we were in Michigan during the whole process. When we arrived for the walk thru we were blown away by the details that had all been taken care of. I feel the only negative of the whole experience was the short window we had to decide on all the details of our home and the few choices we were given. To plan your whole home in two hours was not an experience I felt that warranted the amount of money we were spending.

Builder was great. Pulte Mortgage was the worse organization I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Get a new company

We were basically happy with the whole building process. Regina was helpful in the buying process. Joe was quite pleasant and had a can do demeanor. We like the final product. The attention to detail and the steps a buyer takes before closing. Only thing at all we weren’t happy with was the choices available in the design center. Not commensurate with a $600,000 home. And I hate seeing the sign ou5 front from the low $200,000. Who would guess you’re building far more expensive homes.

This is our 3rd foray into new home contruction. I would say it was our best. From sales to construction manager all were responsive and helpful. Would not have changed anything to date with the process. I would however say that for my cascadia I would have preferred another option to add more cabinets or a cabinnetted pantry rather than just the shelves with the door. Given gourmet kitchens are what you market, that is an option I would have upgraded to.

The buying and building process is great. After you are in and request fixes to issues it is tough and very slow. We have had no major issues but taking care of after build issues is critical. Better or at least some communication would make it better.

Overall excellent, but could be better with prompt service request follow up.

I chose to purchase due to the prime location, lifestyle, great neighbors, and the fact that prices were trending sky high at the time. If I would have purchased a year earlier, I would have spent hundreds of thousands less. Be that as it may, I assumed a certain quality of workmanship for the amount paid as these are considered high-end homes. Unfortunately, that was not the case. First of all, all-plywood construction cabinets were not even an option. This was quite disappointing. Secondly, while I certainly expect to have some punchlist items at closing, I did not anticipate numerous pages of issues including scratched and dented appliances, gouged sliders, scratches on many windows, lack of a seal around a vent pipe which resulted in a leak, and much more. During construction there was also a lack of respect for the home as the workers threw their garbage in the pool as it was being built (even with a dumpster out front), and they did not cover the brand new flooring so spackle and paint splatter were everywhere on the floor. We also found electrical issues: one switch that was supposed to run a ceiling fan was not connected to anything and many outlets had loose grounds which resulted in outlets not working and needing to be redone. This was all found the first week. I can only hope that there is nothing worse that we haven't yet found. While I still love the location and neighborhood, and the people living here are wonderful, had I known the workmanship would be this sketchy, I likely would have passed and chosen to buy elsewhere. ... After taking ownership it’s been like herding cats but worse to address punch list items. Embarrassing for such a large company. It’s seems like the 90% rule is the norm. Strange at best.

When we moved in we expected everything to be pretty much in order and we have had one problem after another the quality of paint is terrible. Our toilet has been leaking since the day we moved in which was two months ago. The paint job is something to be desired.

Cleanly built and nice landscaping. Issues are slowly getting handled. Still awaiting a damaged door and an appliance after 7 weeks. Communication on when issues will get handled will be good to improve upon. Overall, nice home was built to the design specifications and we are loving it!

The buying experience was excellent. Our salesperson Gladys was knowledgeable, informative and followed up quickly on all questions. She was a pleasure to work with. The construction group on the other hand rushed to close on the property with many items not finished or improperly completed. I have interior doors that do not close, the front door jam was destroyed and has to be replaced. I’m missing sod after closing over a month ago. The walls are bowed so badly, trim can’t hide the issue. I’m spending $24k to replace all of the interior doors since almost each one has been dropped, damaged or improperly painted. I would not recommend this builder or would I purchase again from this company. The construction manager assigned to my build spent a bunch of time telling me how important that I score 10’s on the survey I received from the builder but failed to complete the house. The workers throw food all over the place and discard trash in the house and yard even thou dumpsters are everywhere. The builder needs to raise their standards and police the poor quality (especially the dry wall and trim work) the workers are producing. Once I fix everything that the builder didn’t complete correctly, I’m selling the house. Very disappointed over all! ... More

Experience was pretty good so far but after 60 days of possession we’re still not certain what warranty work I’ll be done and when. Because of this I can’t rate the overall experience

I don’t even know where to start. I closed In May 14 2024. And I still can’t move in because Items on the punchlist or not yet repaired including the floors. I don’t even know why I opted to upgrade the flooring because the low quality flooring that was installed in my home is of such poor quality !!! And the mess the installers left, I can’t get it clean. It just looks like old shoddy floors which does Not make the home look like a new home . And then I also upgraded to get a bigger Extended patio with a close screen in porch That Is also another overpriced joke there’s more bugs inside my screen than if I stood outside, so obviously the screen wasn’t put up properly That all the bugs are able to get it. I can understand a a few bugs here and there, but not the amount that I get inside the area. The screen is supposed to keep the bugs out. It just seems that upgrading is not the thing to do because the materials that they use for upgrading is of poor quality!! I’m very disappointed adding to another issue is my white baseboards are bright white and then all my doors did not get painted so the doors look dingy against the baseboards. Then the contractors and cleaning ladies are very careless by pouring their dirty water into my white tile master shower and sinks , causing slow drainage and backup , Also with them pouring the dirty water I can’t get the stains off the white tile shower , So my shower looks like a dirty stain old Shower!!Overall, the tile installer were very sloppy in doing their job !!! And it doesn’t help that the quality of the tile is a low quality And then the careless way that they install things and do things it doesn’t give you a feel of excitement coming into what should be a nice clean new home!! Chris G and William D have tried to help and William keeps calling workers but they don’t show up and when they do show up they do a lousy job !!I So here it is August and I am still waiting. Can’t move my furniture in because I don’t want my furniture in and then I have to move it when they have to clean the floors properly it’s a mess and I’m very disappointed!! My family and I are still not moved in Due to waiting for things to get done properly if I had known that, it wasn’t going to be taken care of in a reasonable manner , I would’ve never signed closing documents until it was completed !! Very disappointed.!! P.S. Jennifer in Sales is Great she is very nice and professional! So home buying experience was Great!! Everything else is lacking even though Chris G and William D are also professional and nice but I am needing for them to step up and resolve all the issues that were found and noted to be completed, so that I can enjoy my new home!! The builder takes the time to build an amazing shell then totally lets you down on the interior finish...just horrible!

Divosta, I love my house; it is well built, in a nice area, and I have no doubt I will really enjoy it. One Big Negative about the whole buying experience - what I'll call "The Process" This is the seventh home I've purchased; I paid cash for the last one and last applied for a mortgage in 2006. As an experienced home buyer, I felt lost in the whole process of constantly logging in and going through security protocols of repetitive and often unnecessary emails, from various different entities under the Pulte umbrella. Part of that I brought on myself by accepting a "quick move in", but after a month of uncertain and delayed closing dates from Pulte (the Builder) and Pulte (Finance), Pulte (the Title Company) wowed me with a choice of two dates within the next 7-10 days. I asked if I (the Customer) still had some say in this whole process, and Pulte (the Title Company) agreed that I did. I was happy with that response, I asked to push back the closing date to the delayed time frame that Pulte (the Builder) and Pulte (Finance) were telling me to expect, and the rest of it all went fine. We like the neighborhood and landscaping. But the quality is a little low. The drywall is terrible and the paint is like chalk.

Overall, the purchase experience was very good. The sales and design center teams were extremely helpful and professional. The construction process was efficient with updates provided on a timely basis. The DiVosta portal really helped with the home design process and keeping track of the construction phases. The Pulte portal made the closing process very easy.

Our construction manager, Christopher, was absolutely fantastic! We really appreciate his work! However, the quality of the house's construction was often subpar. There was no attention to detail. We were also unhappy with the landscaping. The final landscaping was rather weak and monotonous compared to many other communities. We built our previous home at Hammock Preserve with DeVosta, and many things were much better there.
