My Sales Representative, Rita, was very informative and was always helpful with anything needed to complete the sale. I ended up with three different Building Managers and they all were available to answer any questions or concerns I had during the building process. The house was started and completed on schedule. There are a few items that need addressing that have gone passed the first 30 days and the warranty department is now working to get them addressed. The DelWebb community is a very nice place to live.

My experience with Pulte, has been a good one. The sales staff and the design team were so helpful with all of the decisions that needed to be made, and Josh, my construction manager, was great. He kept me informed on the progress as well as the reasons for any delays in the building process, which was very much appreciated. Since I have moved in, Chris, my customer care manager, has addressed every question and every issue that has come up. There have been very few things, but he has handled each one in record time. The Del Webb new home buying experience would have been only three stars based on the extended time required, due to product availability, to complete the house. We increased the rating to 4 stars due to the building manager, James, who is outstanding in his follow up and making certain any issues were addressed and corrected. This is our third Pulte house and overall, we are very pleased with Pulte and our purchases.

We are very satisfied overall with our home. Our builder was always very responsive and was able to answer all our questions and address any thing we brought up. Our sales person, however, did not always tell us the truth but skated around Our questions at times.

I know Pulte Homes is a production builder and NOT a custom builder but a little flexibility on Pultes part would not hurt their "bottom line" and allow the buyer to make small changes (which the buyer would be happy to pay for the change).

Very responsive to our concerns

Quality of build was great. Finish part of build could have been better and not so rushed.

Our buying experience was smooth and done remotely. Our sales agent was very responsive and helped guide us thru choosing structural options and signing the contract. The team at the design center we’re great to work with in choosing our interior options and our building manager kept us up to date throughout the construction period. There were several unforeseen delays during construction, though one in particular I feel could have been avoided. Soon after closing we discovered several items that needed to be corrected and that list grew as we found more. We are now in month 3 and only a few of the items have been addressed. It was evident that some of the tradesmen took pride in their work while others not so much.

When the housing market went crazy, they did not cancel your contract and hold you over a barrel to pay more, like other builders did. There are several things they do extra that others don't (in Texas). I believe they should point outl those attributes of the building process up front during the sales phase.

Overall great value for the money!

The sales person was very helpful when buying the home. He helped me with all my questions.

the builder representative relation and interaction as the building was in the building stage from foundation to completion and after. Our Rep. quick to follow up and paid attention to detail. Doesn't "shine you on" like some do. Heads up individual

Overall the experience was good. At times it appeared that the salesperson (Rita) was not in tune with notices that were sent to me. The Pulte representative (Steve) was very helpful and kept us up-to-date of the progress.

Overall, a positive experience. There was no pressure and a model was available to examine. Not being allowed to select room colors was a disappointment. They can keep flooring choices straight in various locations so why not paint colors? The light fixture in the dining room was not centered and there was no outlet in a needed location even though there was one in the model. The kitchen exhaust fan is very loud. There could have been more options. For example, being able to get (& pay for) a solar tube to light center of house. Being able to select ceiling fans rather than pay for builders fixtures and then immediately replace with fans would have been better. A couple of things could have been articulated more accurately - the million dollar termite warranty is actually 100K per year over 10 years and the last 9 only are valid if you hire the pest control company. There was supposedly a deal with an alarm company but that was a wild goose chase. What was done was done extremely well. Both my real estate agent and private building inspector said that the house had the fewest deficiencies they had encountered. There were weekly calls from the construction manager and any questions were promptly answered responsively. The quality of the work reflects on him primarily. Del Webb is fortunate to have Steve. The field Managet was great!

So far, happy, but only been here a few weeks and under quarantine. I like the house and Pulte seems very responsive to questions and concerns. I’ll have more input when facilities/ amenities centers open back up.

Our house seems well built, our build manager was great, and I am impressed with how their support people responded. I don't know the market here enough to know value or price. It seemed to me to take a long time to build but I am comparing to the Villages in FL I don't know about Dallas.

Still unhappy with our yard

The process of building and buying the home was great. But the landscaping was/is a huge disappointment. Which really sucks because that is where the "Curb Appeal" comes from. So, Okay; just a minor mistake, let someone know and they will fix it. LOL The repair job was no better than the installation. At some point it's just not worth the stress. They don't care about the quality of work, and they are not going to change now. Really it's a shame, our building, buying, and move-in experience was tainted by one poor quality supplier.

The only thing negative that really bothered me is the sales people once you closed on House they never thanked you. It’s like you never existed.

Steve and Vanessa are the best. Venassa was most always available. Returned calls promptly. Listened..and acknowledged problem or difficulty and fixed or found an answer. Always kept us up to date on the homes progress and completion of work. She has A lot of good references and suggestions.

The house is very nice.

We are very happy with our new Del Webb home. We love the floorplan, the lot and the neighborhood. Our home is very open and light. The lighting, appliances, countertops, flooring and fixtures are all so nice. We like the finishes and colors that we chose. The selection process for the finishes at the design center was a bit stressful, considering you have a limited amount of time (2 three hour sessions). We recommend you give a lot of thought to the finish colors that you want, considering your current furniture and wall art that you want to keep. If you change wall colors, your current furnishings may not go with the new finish colors. The builder did a very good job in making sure we were happy with everything before closing. Selling, building and moving was somewhat stressful, but once we were in our new home, it was all worth it. ... More

We are happy with our house but attention to detail is below average. Examples are- seams in trim, baseboard caulk, grass sod is terribly unlevel (but sod at the models is perfect), irrigation system is sloppy and lies above grade at spots.
