We had a great experience with our home build. Art helped us choose the home interior and exterior, Donna, and our realtor, helped with choosing interior options..flooring, kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Kevin and Mike were wonderful with keeping us posted in the home build, and answered all the questions we had. Thanks to everyone for making our experience enjoyable

A truly great experience, LANCE was exceptional, in every possible way, now that we’ve moved in after the sale, he still is standing with us beautifully. Emma, our sales liaison person did a really fabulous job as well as Donna the decorator liaison, and everybody along the way The build was well done, executed in a timely manner, the quality of the construction is truly exceptional, and the fit and finish inside is showcase level Everyone all along the way has been very accommodating, and it was a very positive and joyful experience.

We moved here from out of state and very much appreciated the weekly updates provided as well as the quick response to our questions. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and a pleasure to work with

Any issues we had lance took care of them, the house was ahead of schedule, my only concern the yard could be smoother it seams a little uneven

There are some design flaws. Overall build quality a B- Walls are "thin" Some doors have gaps.

We are in our new home and loving it.

Our Pulte rep outstanding. However, contractors need to show for appts. Rep schedules but contractirs no show on occasions.

We loved working with Art, Donna, Caleb and Paul!! Our Customer Experience rep, Sarah, has been incredible since we moved in!!

Overall the house is very well built. I feel there are a few small areas where they could improve the quality of the build but these are very minor issues. I had 2 very good Construction Managers and I hired a 3rd party inspector as well. The Pulte Construction Managers were very good, and my 3rd party inspector helped by having a second set of eyes on the build. In my opinion the issues my inspector uncovered were minor but important. When my house was inspected by the town, I passed every time on the first try. This is a credit to the 2 managers and my inspector.

Didn’t like the paint options, but over all workmanship of construction was very good.

Everything was done with professionalism and understanding. All questions or concerns were handled in a timely manner. Always kept in the loop as the process proceeded.

The Pulte team communicated well and kept us informed with the schedule and any issues. Overall they followed up on open items. Lance was a great manager and was always there for phone calls and issue resolution. Appreciate the teams work and follow up

We purchased our house on a short sale so we did not go through the design and build process. The interactions with the sales and finance teams were good. Quality of the home is below what we would expect. First and foremost is the quality of the paint used and the paint application is very poor. Additionally, there were numerous paint spots on the floor that took multiple attempts by Pulte contractors to remove. The last individual that removed the paint used Laquer thinner which has resulted in apparent damage to the floor finish which we will be identifying as a warranty issue.This is the single biggest complaint that I and the neighbors I have talked to have. Besides the paint there are basic craftsmanship issues such as hammer marks on the garage door header and dented doors and threshold which were replaced. The pocket door between kitchen and laundry room must have been damaged during install and someone attempted to repair it by “mudding” it, but it was never smoothed put or finished. We found this just after moving in and reported it and it has not yet been repaired. A couple of other small items identified at walkthrough have not yet been repaired. Julio was my construction manager. He did a fantastic job building my home.

I am happy with the honest and forthright approach of the Sales Staff. I am very happy with the Communication I have received throughout the building process. My Construction Manager kept me very well informed during the building of my house. He also has been very good at following up and correcting any issues discovered during the post construction period. I have yet to meet the person who is to address any other post construction issues that occur during my home’s yearly warranty period. My only comment would be that it would be advantageous and increase Pulte’s Sales to have someone local as a contact especially for us coming from out of State. ... More

We considered several options and investigated them thoroughly before deciding on Del Webb. While we have only been in our new home a short period of time, we are pleased with the available amenities and how well the grounds and facilities are maintained.

Carlos, Construction Manager, is a consummate professional. He was very thorough, detailed and responsive throughout the entire project. When I had concerns, he went out of his way to make things right. Carlos communicated well and delivered on every commitment. The exceptional service from the whole Pulte team exceeded my expectations.

Carlos was the best. He was responsive, timely and dependable.

A great home and place to live. Only issues were minor and resolved!

We love our new home and the life style at Sun City Hilton. So appreciated the care given to us during the important process of building our forever home by our construction manager, Lance. We highly recommend this to anyone we know interested in a similar retirement experience. Looking forward to enjoying these years with our new friends in this beautiful environment.

Lead contractor very informative about all aspects of construction and answered all our questions. Excellent follow up and addressing our punch list items. Overall, very good experience.

We were very happy with the overall look an appearance of our new home. On final walkthrough, 90 percent of items were minor paint touchups. All appliances worked, floors, carpeting, cabinets and counter tops looked great. After punch list was completed almost all touchups to paint were complete. My only negative would be that the painting could have been a little better (thicker coat). Carlos was an excellent project manager.
