We have been disappointed with several items in our new home and have turned in several warranty requested. Our pocket door entry into our master bath was rubbing the paint off the door. It was fixed after we submitted a service request. We had to submit a request to fix our third bedroom sliding closet door that had 2 right handle doors as opposed to our 2 bedroom which had the correct right and left handles. In addition I just turned in a service request for my lawn surface which it is uneven enough to be a concern for a twisted ankle or knee walking on it. Also the technology entry point at the street culminating at our house is a mess. I just turned in a service request for these items. Also following Milton we discovered a leak in our family room from the corner of our tray ceiling. Is that an anomaly or is it something we need to be concerned about? ... More

Everyone I dealt with to buy my home were very friendly and helpful.

I was glad that I hired an independent home inspector to join at various phases of my home's construction. A number of quality flaws and irregular build practices were caught, and corrections were requested. Pulte did make the necessary corrections or explained why non-traditional methods were employed. I did find small spots of paint from the rolled ceiling on my bathroom counters and various walls. Concrete pavement could have been higher in quality and free of damage from ongoing construction. One section of side lawn shrubbery died off when one zone of my irrigation sprinklers had not been connected to power in the control box. ... More

The community is a nice one and the other homeowners are very friendly

Several repairs to our brand new home have been required, each request has been fulfilled in a timely manner.

The home-buying process was extremely easy and well-explained, no complaints. Rachael, the design specialist, was fantastic. The choices of finishes are pretty expansive, and if you have the money, you can buy most everything. Due to the cookie cutter nature of Pulte builds, however, we could not get things like an outlet in the floor of the office, multiple paint colors, dimmers on any of the lights, or a wet bar. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are definitely “builder quality,” and there’s absolutely nothing you can do about that, unless you do it post closing. We had an overall great experience with our builder for the DelWebb North Penn Community. Unfortunately, we purchased in a very hot real-estate market and feel the price was higher than we wanted to pay. Not really a knock on the builder, just a sign of the times.

Happy to have made the decision to move to the Sun City Mesquite NV location.

Our sales person Melissa was very professional and knowledgeable. Our second construction manager Daniel corrected incomplete work issues. So far our customer care rep. John has answered any of our concerns, we are only in our home one month.

Pulte did a great job building our dream home. We appreciate the attention to detail and making things right.

We have had very good experience with Pulte Builders. The construction manager for our home, Ben, was fantastic. Our experience with the home warranty group has also been positive. Overall, we are pleased with Pulte and their attention to detail.

Multiple issues being found which are getting fixed as I am finding them

The building process was easy and smooth. I’ve had plumbing issues after moving in that has taken a while to get attended to, but other other concerns were handled quickly.

Buiding a new home is NEVER going to be perfect from start to finish. Expect some bumps along the way. Having said that, the BIG DIFFERENCE, is the manner in which those bumps are handled. Our construction manager, Jay, was the reason we ended up with all expectations realized for our beautiful home. He was always on top of our build. He communicated with us on a regular basis, When I called or texted or sent an email, he was quick to respond and deal with our questions or concerns. The area in which I think improvement is needed, is in the workmanship. Too many small details by the tradesmen are overlooked or simply disregarded. Again, that is another area the construction manager is a very essential position in new home building. Luckily, we had one of the best and he made sure those details were "fixed" ... More

For example for improvement —streamline the architectural review to expedite the process and cover landscaping under warranty at least for the first 30 days which is not included.

My experience with Alvaro, the builder, has been excellent! He is very attentive and even though he is super busy, he always takes the time to answer any of my questions and help when he can.

Excellent very responsive to any inquiry and made certain all concerns were addressed/fixed

We love our new home by Pulte. In general we are very happy. There are some small issues eg: paint chips, finish work. I am assured these touch ups will be taken care of at our 11 month warranty. We did have a leak that was addressed immediately and are very happy with the quick response and repair work.

Beautiful home, well built to a point, but watch out for the missing details. Still finding and dealing with some sloppy workmanship issues that should not exist. The good news is that most are being addressed, slowly, but it is a never-ending process finding things that should have just been done right the first time.

He went out of his way to be certain all our last minute issues were handled.

My problem was with my salesman. He led me to believe that I could upgrade or downgrade some items which was totally not true since my home was already in the process of being built. So partly my fault for trusting him and reading everything in detail. The new salesman that I was assigned to did try very hard to make it right and was able to let me downgrade my stove to electric instead of gas.

Del Webb provides a beautiful community here in Westborough. The quality of the appliances is builder grade unless you upgrade.

Steve was our contact in the construction of our home. He was very responsive to our concerns and questions. We never had a problem getting in contact with him and as we were not able to visit the job site he worked very well with our local contact person. Any issues with construction were addressed immediately. Great job and a great house. Thank you Del Webb and Steve.

We would rate the personnel as very professional and friendly with a desire to be helpful. Our home is beautiful and well constructed. There are generally small issues which have been repaired to our satisfaction. One major concern with our lot grading is very frustrating in that it is wrong. There is agreement, but no resolution or push to resolve the issue…
