Buying process is well explained.

Our house was begun the week after we sailed from Miami on an around the world cruise. Our builder would call every Friday morning to give us updates, but we rarely were available to talk due to time differences, etc. So every Friday we received photos and descriptions of the progress. We arrived from London and the house was ready to move into. Sure there were one or two minor things to be done, but on the whole our house was move-in ready.

Love the floor plan and the community.

There were only minor issues that were corrected immediately.

We just moved into our second, newly built home in the same community. Both experiences were very good (or we would not have done it a second time) and we love the lifestyle.

Construction managers and sales consultant were very easy to work with.

As much as possible, follow the process closely. Write down any and all issues and share with your construction manager. Then follow up on the issues you shared to be sure they were resolved to your satisfaction. If you cannot be present during the building process, request frequent pictures of the progress so you can gauge what is happening.

The staff at Pulte Homes were extremely adept at selling homes. They pointed out the features and design elements that were available. We elected to purchase an existing spec home as it had all the qualities that we needed at a price point we were comfortable with. After moving in we found a few minor details that could have been better - some trim fitting, a few splatters of paint on the tile floors and some small flaws. None of these items were show-stoppers. The warranty people responded in a timely fashion and moved to fix the few issues we had. Overall, we are pleased with our home.

The Sales Team was awesome during the entire building process while the Site Construction Managers answered all questions and addressed any issues in a timely manner . Keith, Zach, & Brandon all get “A’s”.

dry wall to thin. suggest to double thickness of drywall and rather charge a little more for what would be a big improvement.

When we decided that best option for us was to buy new home in a new community we were hesitant at first...the last new home purchase we did was out of state with a local builder back in 1990 and the whole process was dismal...At Del Webb here in Port St.Lucie it restored our hope and faith in new home purchase. This is the 3rd time we purchased a new home in our lifetime and the excellent customer service, build, build product, closing, and responsive customer service deserves a grade of "A" from what we experienced one month in living in our new home. The neighbors we met are friendly and we are waiting on the clubhouse to be built so we can take full advantage in what this community will have to offer. One issue was the bathroom. The shower door hit the door when opened so changed door to an accordion door. Superficial cracks on back patio had to be filled in.

Build quality is good. As with anything purchased that is a product of an assembly line manufacturing process, there will be issues. The Pulte group seems to be on top of any issues by prompt & so far, conscientious attention to issues brought to their attention. Feedback from issues reported is used to head off future construction issues. IF you don't report the issue it will not be rectified & Pulte will not be able to improve the product, YOUR home!

Excellent workmanship. The cabinets are many and plenty of closets space.

Overall 4.5 rating. Our Project Manger was outstanding keeping us informed and reacting and taking care of construction issues.

Process very simple and well set out.

Del Webb sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. He plugged us into the exact house we were looking for. The construction manager was attentive throughout the construction process and great follow up. We have owned Pulte built homes in the past and they have greatly improved on their construction methods and materials. We would buy from them again.

Overall, we're happy with our new Del Webb home. There are a few fit and finish issues that are currently being resolved. Nothing major and the kind of thing one should expect.

Our home was carefully built. Ron (Superintendent) even sealed all edges of the building to the foundation. No critters will be able to get in. He showed us all the details in how the home was built, we were very pleased! Our development is very quiet and we have great views. My only complaint is that there are no side fences included in the already expensive property. So be prepared to come up with several thousand more to fully enclosed your lot.

Love our new home. They need to fix the pond in the rear of our home. Was told it leaks and it needs to be redone. Is definitely an eyesore.

Attention to detail is impressive as is communication and responsiveness during construction. Upgrades and options are pricey but worth the expense if they meet your needs. Quality of bathroom fixtures disappointing.

Overall good responsiveness, good customer service. Prices are high in California, so we are unsure about the value of buying a house here.

Very pleased with the overall quality of the home. Management is very attentive and responsive to homeowner concerns.
