We love our house the layout is wonderful. Just had a few issues but overall it’s a great house.

From start to finish, my homebuying experience was very positive. From the sales team to the construction team, I was kept informed every step of the way. My construction manager, TJ, was especially attentive to each and every question (and there were a LOT of them) and made sure I understood each phase of the construction process. He provided weekly photo updates and displayed genuine excitement for me as the build came to an end. This was especially important to me because I live in another state. Our build manager,Andrew, did an awesome job taking care of our build. Shilo and Kathy at Pulte mortgage made the loan process super easy and stress free. We’re just over 30 days in and the few nits that we have are being worked (or are already done).

Communication throughout the build was very good

I love the plan of my home and really appreciate the walk in attic,

The experience was good from beginning to end. The only negative was that we were scheduled to move in on February 24, and then it became April 12. Also, after we moved in, we heard clawing inside the walls. Some animal had found its way in before us, and was living in the walls. Not much help from anybody to get it out, but it sounds like the poor thing has expired.

The house is very good overall except for the paint which shows stains fast and leaves marks when trying to wash off the stains.The step from the garage to the house is a serious trip hazard The quality of the blind is too low.There should be an upgrade that is not too expensive. Overall the house is good

DO NOT use Pulte Mortgage. They were very difficult to deal with!

Overall …my home buying experience was seamless. The quality and craftsmanship of my home is exactly what I expected. All my expectations were met!! I am very satisfied

Very pleasant buying experience. Sales rep, project manager, warrantee manager all very competent and good listeners. Process was mostly stress free. Promises made were kept. Happy with quality and responsiveness. One of our best buying experiences!

The build team was very responsive thank you

Start to finish good communication from all parties. Quality products throughout. Only negative has been the finishing, i.e., wall board in garage not smooth, some paint drips, window sills with broken boards. These items will be addressed and I hope will be fixed.

The whole experience went smoothly, received assistance in closing electronically. The builder inspector and the warranty and customer care person were very efficient in the performance of their jobs. Overall, very positive experience.

Two of the main criteria for our house selection was layout (floorplan) and a view lot. We got both with Del Webb at an affordable price. And the Red Center has more to offer than the other 55+ community we came from. The sales and design staffs help us through the entire process, and our quality manage has been a pleasure to work with.

Sales consultant and building manager were highly responsive to my questions and got back to me in reasonable time. My home is beautiful and I look forward to building many happy memories.

Great Experience with the process from purchase to final delivery. Minor issues but really a great experience.

Our first sales rep was absolutely wonderful, but she left and we were assigned someone else. I sent him 3 emails with questions and he never responded so I was pretty upset. Our building supervisor was wonderful and made sure we did get our questioned answered. Besides the one sales staff, everyone else was great!

I was impressed when I first visited the Del Webb Lakewood Ranch. The community is well-planned and maintained, quiet yet full of amenities for active adult residents. The sales representative is very friendly and professional. The construction manager is very responsive to dress issues arose during the construction. Now I finally moved into my dream home!

Andrew and Kenneth have been more than helpful and considerate through the past year. The house is pretty much what we wanted and the neighborhood is truly a friendly atmosphere with lots to do. The house has a few minor cosmetic issues which should be easy to fix and one issue that will need to be resolved soon. All in all, we are happy to have made the move.
