Overall, a good experience start to finish

From beginning to end my experience was excellent. Ms Parrott was great in showing us around and helping us to narrow the selections of houses. Thomas Johnson our contractor was amazing. He saw issues before I did and had them corrected. He was timely in providing responses. Our home was finished when he said that it would be finished. Excellent work was performed by Thomas and his crew.

Both Elaine (sales) and David (the construction manager of our home) were excellent - knowledgeable, responsive, respectful of our concerns, and both followed up with us to ensure we were happy with the information provided or issue resolved. In hind site I wish we had asked questions about grading, elevation, water flows, and when the home was actually built - the answers may have influenced which home we actually bought, not whether or not we bought.

Home built and purchased nice

The sales staff and construction manager were extremely responsive and kept us informed during the entire process. You should know that once you sign the papers is is impossible to make changes (i.e. no ECOs). Workmanship was good, but we caught a few glitches that were immediately addressed by our construction manager. Overall, the process and the resulting house was great.

The house is great. However, we had some significant problems with the landscaping. We looked forward to having a completed yard when we moved in. When we arrived the sod that was installed was terrible and the irrigation had some significant problems resulting in a sink hole in the front yard. We have spent a significant amount of money to repair the problems.

THE NEW HOME EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD.

Door bell has never worked. Door to bathroom doesn’t close. They were supposed to come yesterday to fix it but didn’t show

Very good design and layout. Little disappointed very noisy of traffic from interstate.

Pulte and Del Webb deliver beautiful homes and communities. They offer a variety of floor plans that will meet your needs.

April, Rob, Misti, Sara & Savanna plus Sarah in financing are all awesome! Great communication throughout, quality work, good warranty response and service so far! Only item for improvement would be the number/variety of selections when planning your finishes.

The purchase experience as a whole went very well.

We didn’t have a one-on-one personal experience with the builder only because our home was a completed spec home when we purchased it, so we didn’t actually meet the builder until shortly before closing. When we did meet, we were as impressed with him as we were the home! We are very happy here,

All aspects of the process seem to be a well oiled machine. I was kept informed all the way through the process and questions were answered promptly or appropriately redirected. I was never left guessing or wondering.

Evan, has been a wonderful person to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone in the club house has been kind and helpful as well!

The sales team was great and accommodating. Our construction manager kept us informed and advocated for us every step of the way. My only criticism is the paint is low quality and you will need gutters. Overall, great experience and love it in Sun City Festival.

All things considered it was an easy process. Only thing I would like are privacy fences for the back yard.

Our Project Manager was always updating us during the build. Afterwards, he was very responsive and helpful in resolving any issues. Overall, we are very satisfied with our new home.

We are extremely happy with our new home, it was a real pleasure dealing with everyone, from our sales person to the superintendent. It was the best decision we ever made buying a Del Webb home.

Jack and Henry were the best construction managers. They were both very responsive, professional, friendly and really went out of their way to go above and beyond in helping us in every way and giving us a comfortable move in experience..

Well the issues I have had are 1. Drywall finishes you can see a lot of the seams in mostly the walls we had them fix a few but now that we had the house painted you can see a lot more, as for the trim finishes they skipped a lot of sanding before painting, and now after living in the house for a month the stucco on the side of the house has cracks In a few places, and the craftsmanship of the stucco is not so good, they also never painted the outside windowsills of the upper windows, in my opinion after watching the houses being built around me I think a lot of it may be because of the rushing to get it done they are running around like it's a contest, I don't know if they get by the hour or house, if they would slow down a little you would probably get a better quality build, like the model homes the finishes are what all the homes should look like ... More

Great team from sales through the building process, it made a painless experience, the closing portion of the overall process could use some improvement.

Working with our builder Daniel was a pleasure. He kept us informed during the entire process, was kind and professional and promptly responded to any and all questions we had. We love our villa and the quality of our new home.

My wife and I traveled to both sides of Florida over 3 weeks and saw 20-25 different communities. Del Webb simply blew everyone away!!

The Pulte team communicated well and kept us informed with the schedule and any issues. Overall they followed up on open items. Lance was a great manager and was always there for phone calls and issue resolution. Appreciate the teams work and follow up
