the workmanship is a bit shoddy. Paint on the carpet, doors that aren't hung correctly, weather-stripping falling off, paint blistering under front door sill, cabinet doors out of adjustment and not being able to get adjusted properly, drawers delaminating, etc. I understand these are track built homes but there should be more pride taken in the finished product.

Everything was done with professionalism and understanding. All questions or concerns were handled in a timely manner. Always kept in the loop as the process proceeded.

This home building process is a well oiled machine. Sequences are in place to efficiently move things along. I wish they would provide the option of patios and screen cages to be included in a new build. Now you have to wait until after closing to start the project when you do not have local contacts. They planted a tree where my patio will go even though all personnel in sales, design center and construction mgr all knew of my planed enlarged patio and cage. They would not remove or relocate the tree.

Pulte was excellent to work with. Home completed ahead of schedule. Good overall quality with a few minor problems which were addressed timely. Would recommend Pulte highly.

The process was quick and easy, we were informed on the status of the build during the entire process. I would buy again, no regrets.

Purchasing my home with a great experience. My sales person Catherine was wonderful to deal with and helped me through every step of the way. My builder manager, Nathan was absolutely phenomenal and responded to every need I had.

I was extremely impressed with my Construction Manager, Tomas. He was very professional, trustworthy, responsive, and thorough while going through the Pre-Drywall and Final Inspection.

The quality of a Pulte home is higher than other Florida homebuilders. Even though my home wasn't "perfect" on move-in, the quick responsiveness of both my construction manager, Ben, and the warranty representative, Jodi, has been amazing. I'm loving it here at Del Webb!

Bob, our sales person, provided exceptional service and his interpersonal skills are excellent. He provided answers to all our questions and if he didn’t have the information on hand he quickly sought out an answer. There was no pressure to buy which we appreciated. It was a pleasure working with Bob. Jim, our building superintendent, was also great to work with . He kept us apprised of progress on our home’s construction and always answered our questions promptly. This is the ninth home we have had built. Six were custom homes followed by two homes built in another active adult community. Thus with our previous active adult experiences we were not surprised about the smaller space between the homes, the limited number of options available in most areas of the construction, along with no custom work being done. For lack of a better word, these are “cookie cutter” homes constructed rapidly but the end product is good. Option costs are somewhat higher than most people would expect them to be. In our opinion buyers of homes in most active adult communities have to look at the “total package” they are purchasing. They are getting a nice home along with various amenities not found in most neighborhoods. The HOA assures the homes values will be maintained with their rules and regulation. And, one of the major benefits is the opportunity to live among older adults who are also interested in pursuing an active lifestyle in their senior years. The many organized activities offered provide numerous opportunities for interaction and the development of friendships. ... More

Austin was absolutely the best construction manager! We were very impressed with his skills, attention to detail and responsiveness to our questions. He made the home building process feel safe and secure. We are really loving our new home!!!

The experience was a good on.

Brian sales representative was excellent to work with. Very helpful in guiding through steps. Always available and responsive to all my questions via phone and email. Daniel contractor did a great job with both walk through. Has been responsive in helping us take care some issues that have arise.

Our experience with Del Webb has been great with the exception of a few bumps in the road. We lived in another state while building our home which gives a huge disadvantage. However, our Construction Manager, James, was phenomenal. He addressed our concerns while building, and he took his time with us while doing our walk throughs. He was patient with all of our questions, and he really cared whether or not we were happy with our results! We have a couple of outstanding items to be finished, but feel that they will be resolved soon.

Our sales associate Nate was really easy to work with "long distance" and helped us in many areas that were not his department... Ryan, our construction superintendent was so easy to work with, informing us, sending us information and pictures to keep us apprised and on schedule!

Our experience was very good. Closing process was explained very well and completed with no issues. Project Superintendent deserves an 11 on a scale of 10 as highest score.

Buying a home is never an easy thing. But the whole team here at Dell Webb has made it a little easier. Granted it’s not a custom home and many of the things I want will be added or changed over the years, and we always feel we overpaid for things, but in the end, Dell Webb has come through and delivered as promised and I’m in a wonderful home with a great support team that I know will be there for me over the coming years. I love the location and the sun city lifestyle and Dell Webb made that happen. Thanks Dell Webb..

The home is great. Construction representatives were really responsive to our requests. We love the area. I would give everything 5 stars except Pulte Mortgage made the closing extremely stressful - they left everything to the last minute and did not communicate their requirements clearly which lead to massive confusion.
