All of the personnel we dealt with were very helpful, the entire building process went smoothly and was very timely.

Del Webb functioned like a well-oiled machine. While the closing was very easy... let's just say they needed a little more oil in that functional area. They did not get closing numbers to us in a timely manner as promised.

The transaction from day of offer to the day of closing was very smooth. It was convenient to work with Pulte mortgage and Pulte recommended Insurance Co. I felt like there was always a person leading the team and helping me every step of the way to make the closing happen with no problems.

The contractors who came just before we closed to fix items seemed to be a little careless with how they left the repaired items and footprints all over the hallway and kitchen.

My experience with Del Webb Stone Creek was very good. Rob, my construction manager was very good. He kept me informed during the building process by taking frequent pictures and sending e-mails. He always answered my phone calls in a timely manner. I am very pleased with my new home.

My wife and I relocated to North Carolina from New England. On a recommendation, we were told about Del Web and the Overlook community. After our first visit, we decided that this was the lifestyle we were searching for and looked no further.. The entire process from start to finish was enjoyable. Now, we constantly ask ourselves why we waited so long to make this life changing move.

Our Pulte rep outstanding. However, contractors need to show for appts. Rep schedules but contractirs no show on occasions.

We learned very shortly after moving to Del Webb that it was the right move. The residents and staff are terrific as well as the Amenity Center. Overall our build experience was very good, and we had a great construction supervisor. He was enjoyable to work with and always addressed any issues in a prompt manner. Go Dennis!!!

The staff in general were great to work with from beginning to end. The Purchase, closing and move in went smoothly. Everything went as promised. Several small issues post move, but all were taken care of in rapid fashion. Beware the basic paint option on the interior is not very good. Anything that rubs against it will leave a mark. Not the builders fault, we chose to lower cost option. Ton's of little details to be aware of but everyone has been very helpful. There are deadlines to have your back yard landscaping complete. You must turn in the detailed plans 3 months from closing date and complete the project in 6 Months, which could be a problem for someone on a tight budget. While my experience was phenomenal, the Pulte organization has placed their best professionals at this project. Trisha, our sales rep is like no other I met at any other development I considered. She really cares about her clients. Nancy the design professional was an absolute joy. Garrett, the Contstructon Manager was unbelievable. His ability to maintain JIT phases on multiple homes being built is outstanding. I would have liked a higher quality of windows and the landscaping and gardens (included in our home) is very disappointing. Two shubs were dying when we took possession and most of the others are in a state of failure. ... More

Visited Sun City in May and designed a home to be built. By the time the decision was finalized we were in a big time crunch but Adam got us a very well accessorized home under our budget. It was an overall great experience.

Sales were exceptional, as should be expected. Sales is still extremely helpful. Construction manager great and very personable, beyond knowledgeable and a quick thinker to correct issues. Still developing relationship with warranty department but it seems they are more of a go between with sub contractor where I still need to be involved. Work in progress.

Our experience with the build and move-in to our villa at the Del Webb Montebello property has been positive, overall. The Customer Care team on the property has been excellent in terms of communication and setting up repairs of interior and exterior issues. There are a few issues on the exterior that we were told were part of the design and couldn’t be changed by the builder. This is predominantly gutters and downspouts, which may result in our having to fix at our cost. Our contractor/builder contact was very helpful, but there was too much to cover in one walk-through. Several walk-throughs prior to moving in would have been helpful to catch all the punch list items. We might have seen more detail. Overall, we are happy with our Montebello Villa. ... More

The entire team helps to make the experience a pleasant one.

I enjoyed a seamless design and building experience. Del Webb has hired very knowlegeable and staff from the sales manager to construction manager and every staff person is very conscientious.

In December my husband and I decided to move from Jacksonville to Port Saint Lucie Florida. We toured many communities and chose Del Webb in Tradition for many reasons. They began with our sales consultant Ryan. He was very personable and he made us feel comfortable with the process. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the community and construction procedures. He was able to guide us to the right model and layout to best suit our needs. He was able to answer all of our questions regarding options and cost factors. We felt confident about all of our decisions and we enjoyed the regular updates Ryan sent us during the home construction. The entire team including Ryan, Stacy, Luis and all of the construction tradesmen and managers did everything possible to complete the home ahead of schedule for us. I can only say positive things about the construction of my home.

We loved stone creek and the homes offered in our price range. We had a fantastic realtor and SC salesman. I didn’t understand the lot sizes and location choices before jumping the gun and buying. After they started building I found out there wasn’t enough room to install the pool I desperately wanted. Our salesman knew that’s all I wanted. He told us we could fit a pool. I now know his idea of a pool and mine are totally different. So be careful and ask the right questions like sizes.
