Obviously, building a new house can be a complex undertaking, with a lot of different people providing work through the process. It really can never be a perfect completion the first time. I am working with the builder now to repair some of the damage caused when it was determined that some of the watershed for my property needed to be extended. Extensive damage was done to my irrigation system. This was quickly and quietly repaired by the Pulte Co.

Everything went very well. Construction manager has not followed through on one thing. Still waiting to see if he does Chelsea are. warranty supervisor is awesome. We’ve had some issues and she has gotten them taken care of very promptly and always calls back to make sure everything was charged satisfaction.

All the people we have worked with have been helpful and responsive. We love the home, the layout, and the location. Coming from out of state and having had several custom homes built over the last 30 years, some of the building processes are strange and seem cheap. Especially in comparison to the rest of the home and the price….ie, the baseboards are 1/2 the size they should be because they are put in before the flooring. We’ve never seen this and it looks very cheap…especially next to the upgraded flooring and the lovely, 8’ interior doors. Also the bathrooms are very basic, which is ...

From start to finish the process was exceptional! At the beginning I was just making inquiries in which Aimee (Sales Agent) was responsive within 24 hours or less with answers and this continued once I did make an offer through and beyond closing. I did my home inspection with Greg and he was awesome and continues to be responsive and helpful after I moved in. The entire team is fantastic and I am extremely happy with my purchase which I made without physically seeing the lot or walking the models - this sale was completely remote from another state and the DW team made me feel comfortable ...

My only complaint is the quality of the cabinets. Having trouble with pull outs and doors closing properly. It feels they were lower quality and instillation was not done properly

The final day pre closing inspection time allotment is ridiculous. Having to inspect/accept all the fit and finish in that short amount of time is impossible. Then theres pressure to accept findings. After that you're on your own.

Pulte builds a good house, not a great house. We moved from a custom built home with all the upgrades. It was about the same price as Pulte but much better quality finish in terms of fixtures, cabinetry, carpet, paint, etc. The people in sales & construction are very nice & helpful. Pulte pushes partnerships, some of which are very good & others not so much. I suggest shopping around. Be diligent about your walk throughs and follow up. Once you move in be prepared for an unreasonable HOA process in terms of time to review & approve requests and some silly rules.
