Del Webb and their representatives actually become a partner in the construction and purchase of your home. They are just as concerned as I am that everything be just perfect. If it isn't, they work hard at making it so. Del Webb's staff is interested in DETAIL. It's been a pleasure and I hope our relationship continues if I have future reasons for their help. The tiniest of detail can be addressed with their customer service representative. They expedite all concerns for touch up or repair. What I like the most, is that no one has ever given me the same old answer that, "it's the best we can do" or "it's up to code, nothing we can do". It was a good experience all around. It's run like a well-oiled machine.

The home was finished on time and it was flawless when we received the keys. I had a small issue that was a misunderstanding on my part and they were there within 3 hours to show me the correct way to operate the stove..

Our build process was painless - our sales person sent us pics every Sunday. Home was completed earlier than originally scheduled and looks beautiful!

We had help al throughout process, this is our forever dream home and we were three hundred miles away while it was being built. They kept us in the loop every step of the way. The building supervisor was so thrilled to show us every detail in our pre-drywall walkthrough you would have thought he was building it for himself. My sales agent was great, sending me pictures throughout the build, the home designer helped guide us with upgrades. We are thoroughly thrilled with the final product

There were no major construction issues. The minor paint touch up was handled in an expeditious manner.

The whole buying process took eight months, from choosing our lot to moving in. This was the first time for us building ground up. The staff was great in keeping us informed along the way and we were able to document the progress the whole time by visiting the lot to take pictures. The sales staff and project managers were available to answer questions and assist with suggestions for other services needed. These homes are built with care and quality.

Our experience with this home purchase was one of our best from the sales team on up. If things needed attention, they were quick to respond and our questions, no matter how important, were answered promptly.

The lot we loved in Del Webb Sun City had not been released for purchase. Our sales representative, Paul, did an outstanding job of keeping us updated to the release date so we were the first to put money down. Paul did an excellent job keeping us informed of the construction. The house was completed on the estimated date that was given to us at the beginning of the process. No issues. The house turned out beautiful. Closing was easy and met all our expectations. After a month of living in the house we found a few minor things that needed to be repaired. We contacted Daryl and repairs were done in a timely manner. This is our second home built by Pulte and I noticed a big difference on improvement with customer service and communication during the construction phase and post construction. Everything went very smooth from start to close. Very easy process for building a new home. The only issue is lack of options along with extremely high costs for any upgrade. Love the house and the community so far.

Our superintendent, Ron, was extremely helpful and prompt when we had a question as well as the follow up home maintenance coordinator. All the workers for the trades were always very professional and friendly.
