In this day of home buying/building and supply issues, Zac was the one we turned to for updates, questions and soothing. The experience was probably the best it could be given the situation in the world today. The only reason I couldn't rate a 5 is due to the build time and a few communication issues during construction.

We had exceptional support in the buying and design process. We also really appreciated the open communication on supply chain issues. The open communication lead to satisfactory resolution.

The building process brings skilled works to each task. The workers get their job done quickly, and then the next group of experts swarm the home and get their specialty done. You may need to do some sanding and add a couple coats of paint to protect walls from marks. You create a list of things that need attention and a coordinator brings a team to fix your list. We are thrilled with the community and happy with our home.

They did a great job during very difficult times. I’m still waiting on a range hood that seems to be in huge demand everywhere else. But, otherwise I am extremely pleased with my new home.

I love our Project Manager Matt. He's very attentive and quick to react to any problems we may have, big or small. Some items are a little shabby and surprised us the sub-contractor would leave it that way.

Overall met my expectations and happy with outcome.

At final walk thru all punch list items were addressed and told would be corrected prior to closing. None were completed. Upgraded Appliance package was not installed and we were not advised of it before closing. We had to ask about it afterwards. Still waiting on them to arrive. Would have been nice to be told ahead of time. Gas line stub for BBG was not installed. When they came back they installed it in wall but never hooked it up in crawl space to main gas line. Rush to finish without good followup.

Much improved since our previous purchase.

Overall, the experience was as expected. Closing date as promised. Construction issues addressed quickly to date. Seems a bit overpriced compared to some areas.

I wanted a quality built home, just felt the workmanship towards the end was rushed and poor workmanship showed with being rushed to close. Overall really like the neighborhood met some wonderful neighbors already.

We were informed throughout the entire building process.

The pandemic delayed the process, but we are delighted with our new home.

The contractor was very cooperative and thorough.

We still have some minor issues with the home to resolve, however we are very happy with our purchase.

COVID delays lessened the experience.

There is no way you can make a mistake purchasing a Del Webb home no matter how hard you try. With the number of retirees in the U.S. each year looking for a nice place to live you will always be ahead of the game and will never be without equity in your home.

All trim work excessive caulking droplets on base boards All door trims either not caulked around completely on trim Poor paint quality lots of spots where door shows bare wood or top of door no paint at all Grout cracking in guest bathroom tile surround All base boards cracking grout at base of tile floor and base boards Master bath water closet walls caulking in corners Of walls Master bath back splash at counter top cracking or poor workmanship Kitchen cabinets nail holes not filled and not stained Drawer under stove does not close on one side Oven hood fan/light controls sticking so can not turn off. Had to trip circuit breaker to stop fan. Repair man has been here twice Dryer making rubbing noise repair man Has been here twice now have loud growling noise Has ordered new parts. The major issue I have with Del Webb Pulte is follow thru on issues and the length of time to get any answer to problems I have. The people are really nice but do not seem to care since I pay cash and have legitimate issues with a few items. I love my home very much if only the little problems and issues on things Pulte does not communicate to its customers such as me.

The home is beautiful and the customization we did was well worth it. The one area of concern and less than satisfied is the warranty process. While the customer service agent was very thorough and notated all our areas of "need work/repair"; there was a complete lack of oversight when the trade workers came to execute on the directives. Expecting a homeowner to understand and explain the requirements to the trade workers with no construction expertise is not effective and results in inadequate repairs or repeat visits. My homeowner suggestion is that the project manager, or their designee, needs to be here when the trade workers arrive, to ensure clarity of what needs to be done. ... More
