There are definitely things I would change in this house. For example, the shelves in the kitchen cabinets are too high and I am unable to move them without help (which I don't have). I will have to hire someone to do this for me. The linen closet is tiny and will not accommodate towels. But overall I really like this home.

The sales staff were supportive. Showed me many options to help me feel comfortable choosing a floorplan that worked for me, and not just one of the models. The design center was great. My construction manager gave me weekly updates, and made sure all of my questions were answered. I never felt like a bother. I was able to ensure my forever home was just what I wanted.

Follow-up by warranty folks needs improvement. The folks who managed the construction were wonderful and did a great job.

Some areas of quality are questionable.

The devil is in the details, and it's the details that escape Pulte. Solidly constructed home with an excellent floor plan and very good mechanics. But what you look at when you see the interior of the home is poor trim work, very poor painting prep, and poor quality work on the painting, which is so limited in choices I'm repainting the entire home myself with better grade paint.

Many mistakes made with construction, material reused to correct the mistakes. Several Trim problems through out home. And many minor issues that as an owner have been corrected that shouldn’t be.

Our salesperson and project manager were amazing. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The house is well built, but has one design flaw. The furnace room and the laundry room should be reversed. That way hot water would flow quicker to the master bath room and to the kitchen area. Right now it takes a full 2-3 minutes to get hot water to the master bath sinks ( complaint from other homeowners also) After the hot water has been shut off for more than 3 minutes we have to wait again a full 2 minutes to get hot water.We are wasting a lot of water with the set-up we have now. The laundry room would be the same distance from the water heater, so no adverse change there. The only adverse effect would be the front bath would have a long time getting hot water, but this room is used the least. ... More

We are pleased with the experience. Only real complaint is with warranty website. We left message when roof damaged. Waited 2 days as website stated and then called. Was very rudely told that it is 3 days no matter what website stated. Called on third day and no record of our original input. Had to start process over. Thank goodness for crews on site that noted severe damage and got it taken care of. Now our roof is again missing shingles and we have to start system again.

The moving close date was confusing.

Nice home, but don’t expect everything to be correct. The end product is still very nice.

A lot of things like closet shelving and shower heads that I consider cheap. Also backyard is totally uneven and pitted and danger to walk on.

Our experience overall has been a positive one. The most important thing that I want to point out is the way Josh kept us informed of the build process, answered all our questions during the build inspection and was there for our closing inspection making sure we were satisfied with our new home. He made our experience moving here a good one! Thanks Josh.

To be honest, I am very disappointed in the quality of the windows, cabinets, carpet, sinks, faucets, and fixtures.

Oversell, we are very satisfied w our Pulte home. We moved from a much larger custom built home and while our new home is not a custom home, the finishes are very good. The building process went well. We had the advantage of being on the build site a lot since we were local. I would definitely encourage future buyers to do the same if possible. Communications during the build process could be more proactive. We would have also liked more flexibility & choices with finish selections, providing more value for the price.

As we’ve learned from other Pulte built homes, you buy for the community, not for the workmanship as it seems to definitely lack in a Pulte built home.

As with most new construction problems are on going prior to closing and continue following that date. However, a rating of “10” from us to sign off at closing was expected. We were far from satisfied with a finished product at that time, but simply wanted to complete that phase of closing. We felt considerable pressure to rate the completed project too high at that time.

Love our home. The Floorplan is beautiful. There were issues in the final stages but most were addressed. It was after closing when we found a few other issues missed by us and our inspector. We are still trying to contact them to see how we can rectify the situation.

We like our Palmary however the construction equipment across from our home is unsightly and detracts from our enjoyment and appreciation of our home.

In a 55+ community, one would think all possible lines of communication would be available, especially, simple traditional phone conversations for those who are technically challenged and will not use a WIFI system. Unfortunately, the younger contractors and managers think that emails and video conferences should be the standard method of contact and have not yet understood their customers. Also, planning and schedules should be communicated and prioritized. The retired have the time to monitor and highly expect the agreements for timing to be maintained.

The Del Webb neighborhood concept is excellent, and now that the neighborhood is about 40 complete, the actual layout, common areas, etc. are well done. The homebuilding experience itself was disappointing. Many problems and quality concerns were not addressed until the day before closing and then were rushed through and not fully addressed. 6 weeks after closing, most of those issues still have not been addressed or corrected.

I was initially enthusiastic about building a new home, but as months dragged on with no progress it was obvious that my home had “fallen through the cracks.” Eventually the building supervisor was replaced and it got back on track. There were numerous little things still undone, but I was encouraged to close, assured that these would be taken care of asap. It,s been more than 2 months and I’m still waiting. Now I’m told these construction issues will be treated as warranty problems and not addressed for 10 months! It’s really taken the joy out of a beautiful new home.

We love our new Del Webb home. They were on time with our finish date and closing went smoothly.

The process with Pulte is outlined well but still overwhelming for a first-time home builder. The challenge of supply chain and sub-contractor shortages added a lot of difficultly for the builder, but our home was completed on time. We hired third party inspectors, which I would recommend even for a new build. Our construction manager, Anthony, was always very responsive, patient and kind in spite of how stressed out and demanding we could be at times. We have lived here a week and love it! Our lifestyle director, Claire, has done a great job building a sense of community among the residents. Everyone is so nice, and it is fun building a new neighborhood together! ... More
