Both persons above very capable and very helpful in their roles

there are a few things that need to be taken care of but I'm told they are not covered under the house warranty

The home buying was easy the loan process was an over kill.

The building process was easy and smooth. I’ve had plumbing issues after moving in that has taken a while to get attended to, but other other concerns were handled quickly.

Purchase for Cash Transaction was a bit casual, without face to face interaction prior to wire transfer.

Great to work with, kept us informed of progress, answered all questions very promptly, went out of his way to explain things in an understandable way. Proactive about all steps along the way. He earned a 10....

The house would be so much better if the finish work was better….much better. Ethan, the construction manager is a fantastic rep for your company and is currently addressing the many issues with the workmanship. Some of the finish work on the interior is so bad that it would be laughable in my home state of Wisconsin. Where is the pride of a quality finished product? However, we are working through the issues and are enjoying the things that were done correctly. Pulte really goes the extra mile to help you with all decisions from picking your lot to the final walk through. Each person I worked with was great! If you're looking for quality, ease of purchase and wonderful people to work with, I highly recommend Pulte.

Amy and Jason were attentive to my questions and issues that occurred.

The process for building was efficient. Some of the materials and options could have been better. We enjoyed working with Anthony and Ashley (from Design Center). Both were very responsive.

The builder did a great job getting our house built in these trying times.

Overall a good experience, but we are very frustrated on missing or incorrect items.

Up grades are expensive. Cable tv has to have a outlet at every location you want a set all is not wireless. Field managers are very helpful.

The process was quicker than expected and they kept us on pace to meet the deadlines. I wish there where a few more options on finishes.

The building process was easy, but we had to closely monitor the quality of workmanship, especially the finish work.

The overall construction and value is great. The detail work was a little disappointing as I've started seeing things. Tape adhesive remains across much of the vinyl. Some nail holes on door frames not filled. The paint job was terrible. As we painted, we found areas of the walls where there was no paint! Also pain spatters on the vinyl and window glass. Some poor drywall work, nothing super obvious. I've cleaned everything except the tape residue.

We were kept informed of the building process in a timely manner.

Be sure you make appointments with builder and make thoughts/needs known about how you want the house to be completed.

I purchased a spec home and there were a few issues that were supposed to be fixed before closing. When I arrived the morning of closing they were not completed but I was told the would be completed asap. Since closing, I have had promises the issues will be fixed but they have not been completed at this time, 5 weeks after moving into my new home.

The whole process was easy. I lived and worked 2 hours away...I still felt connected to the build process. Project manager supplied pictures weekly to keep me informed. Great experience.

Area surrounding house on sides and back graded very poorly. standing water deep ruts. Grass seeded area very poor job
