Home was delivered when promised. Max is very responsive to all questions and problems during and after delivery.

We had a wonderful experience. Our sales person (Jill) and construction manager (Ben) are amazing. During the build Ben sent us weekly updates and was always there to answer questions. We really like our home and the Del Webb development.

From the beginning until the day we were handed the keys our experience couldn't have been better .

For the very beginning Lori and I knew that delwell would be right for us. Absolutely awesome pool and amenity center. Excellent restaurant. The build process was smooth without absolutely the best construction manager with Max Thompson. He got us through the entire process. Very responsive to our needs. Highly recommended. He made sure everything was done on time and with high quality. Home selection was exactly what we were looking for. Location of Del Webb was ideal.

Pulte customer service is 110%!!! Pulte sub contractors and quality of workmanship is 75%. I feel like they hire the cheapest subcontractors which include people who have zero experience and no supervision so therefore some things are built extremely well and others are not. Have already had issues with our AC, hot water and major issues with landscape company that pulte hired. Overall I like the home itself and amazing customer service thru the buying process but Pultes above average reputation is no where near what it was 30 years ago. I'm disappointed by that because I went with a "name brand" builder and paid $100k more for a Pulte home over other cheaper options in the same area. ... More

This home building process is a well oiled machine. Sequences are in place to efficiently move things along. I wish they would provide the option of patios and screen cages to be included in a new build. Now you have to wait until after closing to start the project when you do not have local contacts. They planted a tree where my patio will go even though all personnel in sales, design center and construction mgr all knew of my planed enlarged patio and cage. They would not remove or relocate the tree.

The quality of a Pulte home is higher than other Florida homebuilders. Even though my home wasn't "perfect" on move-in, the quick responsiveness of both my construction manager, Ben, and the warranty representative, Jodi, has been amazing. I'm loving it here at Del Webb!

Valen was a great sales person who assisted us through the buying process. So far we have not had many issues and the minor ones we had were fixed in a timely manner. Selecting options was probably the only part of the process that we did not like. Not many options and answers to nearly all of our questions was a no.

Overall good experience would recommend to potential buyers.

Our first home was pre-owned, and we lived in it for 40-years. We searched both coasts in Florida for a retirement home and came across the Pulte Del Webb Bayview community in Parrish. We hadn't considered new construction, but we are glad we did and are now getting settled in a beautiful new home. Pulte made the purchase process easy. Not only did they build and sell us a house, but they also provided one-stop shopping for us as we used their mortgage, title, and insurance companies as well. Advance communications on a closing date could have been a little better but in all we are happy with the quality of our house and the way everything turned out. ... More

Great experience from 1st encounter with sales team to the construction manager for quality workmanship through the construction and the all supporting team members upto the final walk through before the closing. I would highly recommend Del Webb home to anyone looking to build a new home.

The building process was great, our field manager Jake nwas awesome. He contacted us weekly with photos and progress as we lived out of state. Move in process was fast and easy. Jessica as the warranty department has been a great help. After move in the minor issues were handled very fast as she set up contractors to come and address the issue. So far we are enjoying our new home and enjoyed the process. Thank you pulte for the nice move in gift as well

Very poor performance by Coast to Coast Pools

Salesman was easy to work with and extremely accommodating. Construction supervisor was fantastic and very responsive. Mortgage loan officer was knowledgeable and forthright.Overall a very pleasant experience and we are thrilled with our new home.

The sales team, the design team, and the construction team were all outstanding. We love it here at Del Webb Bayview in Parrish Florida. We highly recommend living here!

I felt that the tradesmen were very responsive. My salesman was very responsive and helpful. Overall, my experience was very positive!

Be sure to be actively involved in the building process to identify any problems immediately.

Initially, we had two not so pleasant experiences with one project manager who was reassigned to another community after just 2 months and his replacement who was a rookie and did not know how to proceed in getting inspections and caused us to detour our return from Christmas in CA with my son and family to do a pre-drywall walk-thru prematurely. Work was subsequently delayed 6 weeks until we finally talked to a Pulte VP of Building who re-assigned us to Hector, who was outstanding. He got the needed inspections done and completion our home as he promised in mid June. And I attended a walk thru with him just before closing the next day and everything on the 3rd party inspector’s listed was corrected by Hector + some additional items. I am very pleased with my new home by Del Webb. From our Sales Person, Valen, to our Construction Manager, Sam, we have felt that we had very good support in the building process and in the post closing experience. I would highly recommend this development for the life style and amenities that is offered.

Our Project Manager (Francisco) was a 5 star individual. Building a home is a very complicated process, but the Pulte Team really showed a great deal of care in every regard. Great selection of standard options so there was no need to add many upgrades. Would definitely buy another Pulte home.

Our build manager,Andrew, did an awesome job taking care of our build. Shilo and Kathy at Pulte mortgage made the loan process super easy and stress free. We’re just over 30 days in and the few nits that we have are being worked (or are already done).

DO NOT use Pulte Mortgage. They were very difficult to deal with!

Our first sales rep was absolutely wonderful, but she left and we were assigned someone else. I sent him 3 emails with questions and he never responded so I was pretty upset. Our building supervisor was wonderful and made sure we did get our questioned answered. Besides the one sales staff, everyone else was great!

The home buying experience was really very straightforward and easy.
