The process -- from our first site of the models to the move into our new home -- has been efficient and professional. We have been very impressed with the people we met who made this happen.

Even though we were in Illinois the entire time our home was being built in Florida our salesperson send up weekly photos of the progress. Our Project Manager/Construction supervisor was very responsive to our questions during the build and spent 90 minutes with us on a video call to do a "walk through" just prior to drywall to allow us to see everything to make sure it was all correct. We we closed the build quality was beyond our expectations. The fit and finish was excellent. Easiest procedure ever with lots of attention to my needs

Have only been here for about 6 weeks, but so far I am very pleased. Just wish COVID would stop interfering with activity.

We have had three new homes built for us during our marriage and Pulte has the best quality control process.

Particularly like my location: facing west with a pond view. Quality construction too.

Great home in a 55+ community!

Very pleased with our new home, and all the amenities that Del Webb has to offer. Purchased here based solely on the reputation of Del Webb, as to quality homes and integrity.

Basically everything is as expected. There have been a few issues but they were addressed.

Jen and John kept us informed and educated on the buying and building process. They put us at ease by sending pictures, holding meetings by phone and web so we would better understand the buying and building details.

Everyone was very helpful and courteous from Mike our salesman to Victor who came to the house to take care of things that needed to be finished to the HOA ladies. We have had a good experience thus far and have been very informed about upcoming events.

Process of contracting for the home through closing went smoothly. Had a great site supervisor that kept me updated pus salesman that sent me progress pictures each week. In house for one month and all systems working fine. Had some questions about how certain things work but Bret Rodhe was always aailable to answer them.

Love the Del Webb product; this is our 2 nd Del Webb home. Great sales team.

It was an extremely great process from initially looking at the different homes and home sites available to the design process and then to the closing line. Kristen (Sales) , Shayne (Design) , Dan (Sales Mgr.) and Orlando (Construction Mgr.) all were super helpful through the entire process and made our purchase a real pleasurable experience. Highly recommend the Del Webb process and looking forward to our new experience in this community.

From our very first visit to the final walkthrough, every step was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. We are especially grateful for three outstanding individuals who made this journey truly exceptional: Leslie (our sales consultant), Susan (our design center consultant), and Max (our construction superintendent). Leslie was our first point of contact and set the tone for a great experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. Her guidance helped us navigate the early decisions with confidence, and we always felt she had our best interests in mind. Susan at the design center was phenomenal. Making so many design choices can be overwhelming, but Susan made it enjoyable and fun. She has a great eye for design and offered helpful suggestions that aligned with our style and budget. Thanks to her, our home reflects exactly the look and feel we envisioned. Max, our superintendent, was the rock throughout the construction process. His communication was excellent — always keeping us informed on progress, timelines, and what to expect next.
