We are still waiting for the refrigerator that was part of a package. It was promised to be delivered by February 22nd, or by the end of February at the latest. We are still waiting and have had no updates for several weeks. Our rear door to the lanai is again showing gaps after at least two attempts to simply adjust it. It appears the door frame is warped and simple fixes aren't working. Other than these issues other punch list items were addressed. General workmanship appears good for homes built on a fairly fast timeline. The community is very nice and we're looking forward to being able to get involved in many of the activities once things open up more. ... More

My field manager was fantastic until she quit abruptly on the day of walk through and left me hanging. Due to holidays another field manager was not assigned for 2 weeks. Since it was the holiday the warranty office was short staffed. The issues and repairs that should have been taken care of before closing was not handled for over 30+ days. Stone Creek has beautiful landscaping every where except the Nottingham retention area where my home backs up to a muddy retention area. Yes I knew I was buying on a retention area, but I was assured they would do a better job at the beatification of the area. Its a muddy mess that has garbage flying around. I watched 3 men from the lawn company sit out there for hours and never bothered to pick up one piece of garbage. My salesman was good, the field manager was awesome until she quit, the follow up was ok, the title company needs help with communication of trusts, the insurance company is very slow to follow up with obtaining a policy, the quality of construction for the value is phenomenal. I enjoyed working with the sales department. Working with the field managers can be trying as they like telling and not listening.

Must realize builder putting up homes pretty fast.Some sub contractors not real experienced.Warranty however helps resolve issues. I was not happy with Pulte financing initially however it was resolved. Person i worked with not knowledgeable not explained all aspects of financing. I found out on my own. Field manager/warranty manager great.Had contact and able to see it being constructed.

Good selection of models. Good communication from purchase through warranty work. Jacob was very good at keeping us updated with information and photos. He was accomodating to our requests to visit with some after market vendors prior to closing. Angie checked in out us and our progress. Nikki was so very helpful and patient on our selection day. Getting options in advance was very helpful. Your new selections available in January were what helped make our decision. We wanted the space but not a second floor. The issues we have found after closing so far has been fixed to our satisfaction and in a very timely manner. Some of these things should have been correct the first time around , but Debbie has been very responsive in getting things made right. ... More

Good value.

Nothing significant, other than the home seems to be well constructed with quality appliances. However, there are some annoying oversights, design flaws, and minor workmanship glitches that prevented me from assigning a 5 star rating for quality and value.

Overall, we are happy with our house. The purchase went smoothly, our salesperson, Angelia, was extremely helpful. Nikki was a great help with picking out our interior options. Our field manager, Josh, kept us calm during the building process and was great during the walk throughs. We had a few minor issues, but all were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. We had looked at many other communities and builders before deciding to buy here. We feel that our house is a good value.

Darren our salesman was awesome

We like our new home. Communication was good during the construction process since we were living out of town. Couple of minor issues but they were addressed quickly.

My overall experience with Del Webb was smooth. Darren from Sales was helpful, courteous, responsive and professional. Delivery of my home was on schedule as projected. Closing process was smooth though my closing statement needed adjustment for a missed down payment. Minor defect was spot on my quartz island countertop at pre closing inspection. The whole countertop was replaced in the morning on the closing day. A number of carpentry items (such as nails punching out from side) have to go through the warranty process. We would hope better quality control can be done by Del Webb instead of having customers to find out at inspection or after move in. ... More

I was lucky enough to have the best building manager you can hope for. Heather is truly the gold standard!! Fortunate again to have a very hard working, sales agent, Allen, that cares and will always follow through.

Design center did very nice job adding about $30K in upgrades. No comfort height toilets a big miss, it’s a retirement community, costs almost nothing to add them. Space and storage in this house is bell designed.

Our contractor and community service guy were great but following through with things isn’t their strong point. It seems once the build is over they have so many others to build that new buyers don’t get the attention they deserve. Still waiting to hear about 4 problems. Two quit big and although they came to check it out promised follow through Have yet to be done.

Everything was going great until we needed warranty service. We had a cracked master BR door. It was a comedy of errors. Many days we waited for a service call. It they showed up it was with a damaged door, doors that didn’t fit & several visits to finally get the door fit, painted & installed. Very disappointing considering we love everything else about Stone Creek.

When thinking about buying here one of the things was i would not know anyone here. The sales guy told me that at orientation someone be assigned like a type of ambassador. That didn't happen. The building manager was fine. He told me to wait to bring up the issues i found around the home because the warranty folks would not want to fix it more than once. When the warranty folks came by there were a couple of issues I brought up told me they would have things fixed. NEVER happened. I understand my home was probably in less than 60 days and things get over like. Now I just put painters tape by the issues and I know that it will get fixed. Besides all that I love my home. It has been almost 2 months since move in. We have 19 items on our warranty to be fixed items. One electrical issue that took 2 weeks to get a response. One security issue that took 3 weeks to fix. We were told how great the Pulte inspections were - not sure about that!

Warranty department is not really helping me with some issues.

Generally OK. Moving in over Christmas seems to have gotten some of our small issues with “partners” lost in the shuffle. Took a month to get sprinkler system working. Still haven’t heard from security system people (6 weeks and counting). Still have a cracked concrete issue.

I was generally pleased with the home I built but did have some surprises such as the fact that ceiling fans were not included but I will have to pay for and install them. This also goes for the lighting over the island. No lights there or over the dining table. Also there were no towel rack in either bathroom. Just what home is built without towel racks. to have a complete home built all these things should have been included. I was only told of this when I did the pre-closing review of the home or found out after moving in. it is as though the contractor cut all the corners they possibly could in order to maximize profit. Very unhappy with these items not having been included. After moving in there were a number of items that I am having problems with such as several electrical problems, having patched several places and not even attempting to cover it up by sanding effectively and then spray texturing over the patching.and particularly the fact that the sprinkler system was set to water every day for an extensive period of time. Since I did not move in for several weeks after closing and did not have the sprinkler system guy come out to provide instructions, as recommended by Pulse homes, for about a week after moving in, I am now facing a $500.00 water bill. the sprinkler system tech that came out stated that the system was dramatically overwatering and reprogramed the system to water twice a week and for a far shorter period of time than what was originally set. Very unhappy with facing the $500.00 water bill that I will have to pay. These things are things that the future homeowner should have been told about prior to signing a contract for the home. ... If you look hard enough, there will always be issues with a newly constructed home. We have spent twenty years in arizona del webb communities and find the quality of build in ocala is so much better. I have found that rather than deal directly with a customer's complaints, we often hear "we've always done it that way" is a common excuse.

There are some things the developer does that are exceptional and others that make me shake my head and wonder if the designer was sleeping or on drugs. For example, the kitchen pantry door cannot open when the dishwasher is open. How do I put stuff away? Pocket doors are not an option; they are included where they are available. Why they did not include them in the master closet is a mystery. 3' of space is lost because of the swing door. There would have been no problem moving the electric on that wall... It is just something else that is not planned well. Oh, the pendant light junction boxes for the kitchen island, literally go to within inches of the end of the island. Lighting should be approximately 65% of the width of the table/counter top. Was the designer on drugs? If you order LVP from them, they use quarter round. This is tacky. This should be done properly with the baseboards installed after the flooring, so it would rest on the floor. There are other things that make no sense, like the placement of some light switches (to turn the living room light on, you have to go through the dark room to the end of the house. It’s a great home and good design how ever I found that there are a few Cheap building materials that were used and the Landscaping is sub par and cheap

Good experience. Never knew though that we good have had blinds for windows included. I ended up with paying for blinds. Only bad thing I could find
