Other than the slow response to a few issues, we are very pleased.

All of the people from sales to closing were superb to deal with. They we’re knowledgeable and professional. The construction supervisor was organized and able to keep the building of our home on schedule. We are happy with our new home.

Great floorplans, amenities and exceptional Pulte staff in both sales and field management! SALES: We enjoyed working with our sales agent who was the most responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and caring from the models' visits to the house delivery. CONSTRUCTION: our Field Manager was very persistent in tracking construction progress and anticipating mistakes. Pandemic constraints on skilled labor and supply chain created difficult conditions and lead to many delays and construction defects. However our Field Manager had a superior focus and dedication to make it RIGHT for the customer. He acknowledged and guided the constructions teams to fix every issues that he, we or our inspectors identified. Great people to work with in buying home.

Del Webb / Pulte Homes is a good company for sure but like ALL big builders, they look for ways to cut cost and in my opinion, sometimes they go to far. We like our home but wish we had more choices for simple upgrades such as a better quality paint upgrade and a trade up version of the tankless water system. The overall experience was good and we are happy but the builder could improve the customer experience side of the process. Yes, we like Del Webb eTown and yes we like our home!

Great quality and amenities in the area

Our construction manager is what saved Pulte’s reputation with us. I still have one wall I want redone. No one knows why it was done this way!!!

Pulte built us a great home. No build quality issues. The home was built exactly to specs. Everything met our expectations. A great home buying/build experience!

Everyone was very helpful to helping me make the transition

The daily communications from the builder re construction status and techniques were wonderful. We lived in a different state but felt very much a part of the construction activity because of the video messages.

The Del Web community in Ponte Vedra along with local events and activities in nearby Nocatee offers best of lifestyle accommodations for retirees. We moved to the area from New York in early January and purchased a new spacious Carriage home. Thanks to the professional staff at Del Web we were to get the upgrades we wanted along with the financing. We were able close and move into our new home in 30 days!

No doubt we will never regret our move to Del Webb. The Pulte team provided complete contact information for all services in their impressive Homeowner's Guide. Furthermore, many key people anticipated our questions and concerns , even those we had not considered. They visited us early on to ensure everything was going smoothly.. The Riverwood community has welcomed us with open arms and many fun invitations. We are excited about years of cycling with wide, safe paths, playing ping pong with new friends, pickle ball, golf, and much, much more. Maybe we discovered Camelot or closest thing to it. Our assigned Construction Field Manager was Exceptionally good. He was professional, informative and addressed our concerns along the entire way.

I had a very good experience with the purchase of my home at Del Webb. What made it exceptional, was my project manager who oversaw the whole process from beginning to end and beyond! Thank you, Bobby for all you have done!

The sales rep we worked with was awesome! He knew where we wanted to be and some of the ‘must’ items in the home and worked hard to get us there. The build/ construction process was a little frustrating as we had a few changes in the construction manager the 1st couple not being really responsive. The one we ended with was great but, unfortunately, we missed some opportunities to have corrections made in the build process. There are numerous spots where attention to detail was missed. For the cost, there should be better overall quality of work. The community is great and so far, the response to needs from HoA is good. ... More

The purchase process was good

Brian the construction manager was great.

Our construction manager was great and very responsive during the build process. The breakdown is the AFTER closing, just resolving issues with construction and things that wouldn't necessarily be noticed until living in the home. i.e. our pantry shelves were not attached to ANY studs. Had to have drywall removed and supports put in and new shelves installed.

We were so lucky to have the superintendent assigned to build our home. He was empathetic to us living across country and very responsive given the state of labor and supply chain issues

The whole building process went very smooth for me. My building manager did a really good job of keeping me informed on things. The only negative I have is that once you close, you are kind of forgotten. I've been in for over five weeks and I still have a list of small things that need to be done - and several touch up paint issues.

You need to fix issues faster. Currently this is totally unacceptable.

Poor quality in construction. Incredibly sloppy finishing work. Numerous warranty issues
