sales experience was good, however response to quality control/warranty issues was not good.

Oversight of construction is minimal. Poor quality. Production homes that are constructed too quickly. High price for low quality materials.

There were too many different people involved in the Pulte Mortgage process from start to finish. We love the home and the community.

Everyone that I've dealt with has been friendly, courteous and professional. Ben Haley, Kerry Fulford, and Priya Patel have been great to work with. Lots of issues but I blame that on problems that are outside the control of the builders. That being said it was still a stressful and difficult time, glad to be in my home however.

Once I got a new project manager, the build ran smoothly with constant communication which I so appreciated.

Originally set high expectations and did not deliver. This is the 4th new home we've built and unfortunately this is the poorest quality of any of them.

In general, the experience was OK. There were options that were not available when we purchased our home. It would have been nice to have these options available. The quality of the work is good, however, a wider garage would be nice. A little tight for two cars on the two car garage. We have been here for a little over three months, just one issue so far. Hopefully no more. The landscaping is very nice.

What you see in model (and we don't mean the upgrades) doesn't necessarily represent what you get as a final product quality. Also, be, be aware this builder does not adjust grading after you purchase so be sure to be accept the grading on the lot you select. Finally, be ready to be nickeled and dimed for things that you would assume would be part of a "Luxury Builder"

We had a bad experience with the PULTI Mortgage rep while working on financing. He would never call us back or answer questions. Then when it was getting close to the closing, the closing company actually was able to get everything figured out. Thank Goodness! Learning all the different websites and how to enter complaints/work request took us a bit. (still learning). This is the hardest thing. We have had plants die. They replaced some prier to move in , only to have some die again. They are scheduled to replace them at earliest convenience. (Rain stopping them) We put in a work order for floor work. They came out the next day. So far very happy with warrantee response. We love our home though it is bigger than we wanted. It is small to most. We just wanted 1000 sq ft. It is only 2 of us. Overall, I am happy with my purchase! It is just me that has a problem with technology. Love the neighborhood, Just wish a Trader Joes and other conveniences' where closer. All in Due Time I think. Very poor construction quality. Crooked walls, crooked window frames. Inconsistent caulking.

They changed project managers about a month before completion. Created a communication problem. 2nd PM didn’t know what the 1st PM had committed which was a problem.

Headquarters presented the largest problem. No coordination amongst different departments. Had to provide the same documentation to each department a number of times.

This is my first experience with building a home in a planned community. My assigned construction manager was as responsive as he was allowed to be. I am pleased with my house but very disappointed in Pulte's attention to customer service issues.

Biggest issue I have is the quality of the tile installation. I paid for the very best tile throughout the home and when I arrived just prior to closing I noticed numerous issues with the tile layout, grout work was very bad, and there are numerous areas where the tile is not level with adjacent tile causing me to trip.

The ratings mirror the experience. Personnel very nice & try hard. Building specs not as nice.

It was obvious it was not going to be completed o time, but they would not give me an accurate date until I made a lot of noise. I lived in a previous Del Webb and everything seemed just a little better. While the house was as agreed, it seems that every corner was taken to minimize costs. Quality of the materials were not as expected. Nothing wrong, but not up to the Del Webb standards.

The attention to detail is very much lacking. The Homes are built quickly with many unresolved issues.

The house is still not completed , I closed March 29, Door bell is still not working, some painting not finished as of yet. My keys have not been fitted for just me yet since builder still needs to be able to get into house. I have not moved in full time as of now, loan process with Pultee was not the best, was questioned after closing regarding my fence which Pultee arranged to be include in build, it was picked out during the design phase of the process Doesn't seem like Del Webb and Pultee communicate to each other like they should. Del Webb had no idea I was getting a fence when Pultee and the design people for the house made all the arrangements. ... More

I’ve been in my home for 7 weeks. I love my home but it’s taken awhile to get here. I believe there can be an improvement in coordination and communication. For the price I paid, I expected a cleaner more customer focused attitude throughout the construction of my home. I needed to escalate many issues three levels above my field contact. He got everything done and more importantly he took ownership until the issues were resolved. That is a priceless character and I truly appreciate his involvement!

Don't rush the builder but encourage staying on task without cutting corners.

First, love the location and folks in eTown Del Webb are very friendly. The building experience was OK. Our home was delayed which did not shock us but it also sat with no work being done on it for several weeks which was very frustrating. The superintendent we had is no longer with Pulte and the new supers seem to be much better. We feel the quality of the home should and could be better for the price. Pulte needs stronger quality control and higher expectations from their subs. Believe me, I know how hard it is to find workers but if they would hold them to a higher standard and expectations during the build they would probably not have to keep going back to homes to "redo" their work. Overall I would recommend eTown Del Webb but just stay on top of your build, be involved. ... More

Disappointed with inability to make changes, even very early on (within a week of contract signing). We wanted to add a standard option and it could not be done. Rushed feeling at walk throughs. Too many problems to enumerate at first walk thru, final walk thru was rushed - under one hour. Should be able to make a 'punch list' of things needing correction over at least a month after moving in. It is impossible to see everything that is wrong during a rushed 'walk thru'. Yes we understand the warranty process which is over the first year, but obvious problems should be corrected quickly after moving in. Construction manager and sales people are very nice and helpful, but they are constrained by Del Webb / Pulte procedures. ... More

overall it is great. Some questions and fixing irregularities takes lot longer than expected.

The gentleman, James, in charge and over looking the building of our home was professionally responsive during the building process. The time frame was as expected, with the real only delay was the windows. We have been in our home almost a month, a few issues have been recognized by us, missing white strip for one of our front windows, bent window frame, no hot water for our tub, one stained paver in the driveway, and painting of the bottom edge, alongside the two sliders. The hot water issue for our tub has been fixed, not the other items mentioned in the above statement. The individual with Pulte Warranty Team is someone who needs to retrained as how to deal with the public and pay attention to details with the home owner. He does not leave a good impression and or I don't think he knows that he is frustrating to work with in relationship to home owners. ... More
