Excellent communication throughout the experience. Home was finished early.

From the moment we purchased and signed for our new home everyone was very helpful and very professional. From the sales person Mary Beth all the way to our construction site manager, Nick. If we had any questions with the processes, both of them were immediately helpful in answering our questions. A problem with a few contractor issues, but Nick addressed it immediately for us. I cannot say enough about the professionalism with this team. I will only purchase a Pulte home. My son is currently having a Pulte home built. This is our second Pulte home.

Great quality and attention to detail. Our spec house had many upgrades, the most stunning of which is the kitchen. There have been minor issues to be corrected, which have taken more time and effort than we would have liked. But overall, it is a beautiful community, a beautiful home, and the home-buying process was easy.

Our experience with a "near custom" home in a newer Del Webb community was excellent. The entire process was smooth. The Construction Manager was very responsive and great to work with. I would happily recommend a new home within a Del Webb community.

As a single woman preparing for retirement in AZ...3 things were important to me: New Community, Safe and Quality. Del Webb Dove Mountain exceed my expectations. The purchasing experience was easy, my building foreman was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and explained thing so I could understand. It was a wonderful experience and after the SIP I hope to enjoy the community in Marana, AZ.

Purchasing a home in Arizona and Dove Mountain, in particular, was actually a spur of the moment decision. We fell in love with our home and the locale and have not regretted moving there as "snowbirds" and already considering being full time residents.

Build and construction quality excellent. Any repairs were immediately addressed. Nick our construction manager was awesome and very responsive. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction!

Our overall experience has been very good. From the purchase with Linda in the sales office to Nick as the project manager, they have answered all questions and followed through with items we requested. Absolutely no complaints. We are just now at our one month home inspection & touchups have been scheduled.

Happy with most everything except can't seem to get shutters on outside of home after many requests, and refrigerator won't produce ice cubes in ice maker.

We looked at multiple Active Adult communities and after much due diligence, pick Del Webb. Excellent choice. Exceeded our expectations. Quality built, wonderfully priced, exceptional follow-up and follow through. Couldn't be happier!!!

We purchased a “spec” home so had no input on the design. Couldn’t be happier. The Del Webb designer did an outstanding job with details that matched our dreams for our retirement home. The purchase experience was seamless, from the sales office personnel through the site manager presentation to the follow-up punch list, a truly professional team.

As much as possible, follow the process closely. Write down any and all issues and share with your construction manager. Then follow up on the issues you shared to be sure they were resolved to your satisfaction. If you cannot be present during the building process, request frequent pictures of the progress so you can gauge what is happening.

Overall, we're happy with our new Del Webb home. There are a few fit and finish issues that are currently being resolved. Nothing major and the kind of thing one should expect.

Love the home we bought.

Pulte homes are fantastic. I added a new home inspections to cover my bases and only had two small things that need to be addressed, (That's really good, considering.) We've had a medium size repair list from the new home build that has not been addressed and we are still waiting for follow-up repairs. Communication, at this point, has been very poor to say the least. (I'm calling CAC this week). We've passed our 30 day limit and I am hoping that Pulte reaches out soon to, at least, acknowledge these projects are in the process of finishing. No call back, no notifications, no acknowledgements as if we don't exist and had just bought a new home. Otherwise, the rest of the experience with buying a new Pulte home has been great. From our sales person, Bly Trotter, who has been an amazing asset in our home buying experience to our mortgage agent, Brett Burges, who was amazing who clearly and concisely explained everything about Pulte Mortgage with such eloquence and professionalism. We even decided to go with Pulte Insurance which was a great idea and they helped us tremendously. Overall, I would choose Pulte again if we were going to buy another house and would recommend to anyone to do the same. With the exception of the follow up repairs and finishes, we are pleased. The sales person was very helpful. The superintendent was very thorough and attentive to detail. We love the home, amenities and the neighborhood. The builder did a great job. However, the HOA has been miserable to deal with. There is no communication, poor response time, a substandard web interface for processing payment and requests. The architectural review committee is even worse, if that is possible. Had I know about the HOA and management company, I probably would not have purchased here.

The buying process was good. We had an inspection prior to closing even though it was a new build. Glad we did, found issues ranging from, needs to be taken care of now to touch up paint like issues. We felt like we got a very good price for the home. Our main issue is, we were told of a few minor things when we did our walk thru after closing that still have not been resolved. We also had some tile issues that are in the process of being addressed but its taking a while. They needed to purchase a box of tiles, two plus weeks ago and we haven't been contacted as to when the tiles and the other issues with the laid tiles will be rectified. We feel confident they ultimately will be completed to our satisfaction. ... More

Compared to the Del Webb communities in Wickenburg and Rio Verde this is a steal.

The building process was smooth and on time. Some decisions have to be made very far in advance, for example, interior color when there is only a dirt lot. Some of the options are pricey. We paid $98K more than the starting price. The workmanship is good but there are some details that could have been better (paint splatters, caulk on the floor, missing weatherstrip). Getting things corrected has been slowed by coronavirus but we are confident that they will get done. House is energy efficient and comfortable.
