The entire process from sales to completion went smoothly. This is our third new build and we were impressed with the quality and value of our new home. The build team did a great job keeping us informed of the build progress, even sending us pictures, and of any issues that occurred. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had during the build. Just a shout out to Aaron in sales who really was great to work with and Cody our construction manager who kept us informed on everything. Our experience was very good. Closing process was explained very well and completed with no issues. Project Superintendent deserves an 11 on a scale of 10 as highest score.

Both Elaine (sales) and David (the construction manager of our home) were excellent - knowledgeable, responsive, respectful of our concerns, and both followed up with us to ensure we were happy with the information provided or issue resolved. In hind site I wish we had asked questions about grading, elevation, water flows, and when the home was actually built - the answers may have influenced which home we actually bought, not whether or not we bought.

The sales team was great and accommodating. Our construction manager kept us informed and advocated for us every step of the way. My only criticism is the paint is low quality and you will need gutters. Overall, great experience and love it in Sun City Festival.

Wonderful experience from sales agent, escrow, title, and everyone in between. My sister bought a Del Web home in Nevada and had a completely difference experience. I am very grateful to all of the staff here and also my neighbors. A very pleasant experience

From the first time I explored a Del Web home, through several times that I changed my mind on what home I wanted to purchase, the sales staff and the builder - supervisor have encouraged me and found me a great new home with amenities that appeal to me.

The buying experience was not stressful. The quality of the house is awesome. Del Webb has their processes down, construction, sales, design center, financing and closing. Well done.

Way good overall experience. Construction manager Zack was good. Little disappointed in granite countertops and Pulte response to my concerns.

Like the final home as a hole. We would have like a little more communication with the varies subcontractors. We felt the inside of house during construction could have been kept cleaner. Overall we are very happy with the final home .The formen Josh did answer questions when they came up.

Our sales agent, Ken and construction manager, David were professional and responsive throughout the build process. After living in our beautiful new home for one month, we submitted minor adjustment/repairs and hope that the efficient responsiveness continues!

After the original build was complete and we were all moved in some issues arouse and Del Webb Rep Greg was there to explain how the issues would be corrected and they were., he checked in daily to be sure all was going as expected. Everything we discussed has been taken care of with real professionalism. The warranty workman have all been great.
