We had a great field manager which was the highlight of our home building process with Dell Webb. We had a really bad experience with the design center and sales office. Coining out of our design center visit we had selected and signed off on a specific design for an inside fireplace. During construction we noticed that the area was being framed for a totally different design than what we had selected. My disappointment in Pulte homes. I had high hopes for Pulte Homes, but found the workmanship poor communication poor and response to fixing issues bad.

Watch every detail and don't move-in until you are satisfied. I am still waiting for a light bulb in my front porch and many other things to be fixed or explained how to be set up.

Sloppy workmanship, workers trash and tools/supplies left in and on property, lack of attention to detail: never cleaned before closing, paint and concrete/stucco left on patio and drive, poor paint job inside. Only lip service from field manager, no follow up, jobs are still incomplete,

So many issues with our house would have been avoided, and given Dell Webb a great reputation if they just slowed down. So many silly mistakes : pendant light electrical not hooked up, many outlets weren't working, blinds were jammed and had to be replaced, dishwasher didn't shut so it wouldn't work, bathroom door stopped closing, surround in guest bath was cut and left a gaping hole, taping of wall is covering the trim that runs along the floor since it's obvious they are in a hurry. We moved in to our new home and it flooded with grey water the first day we were in because a fitting was lodged in the mail drain. That was September 5th. They had to saw out a 4'x4' section out of our slab. They did recapture exhaust from the saw and our house was FILLED with the dust of the concrete so bad that you couldn't see across the hall and all of the smoke alarms were going off. The choice of materials and configuration is very limited. And even though our contract specified FULL OVERLAY cabinets, we did not get them. And I'm still unhappy about that. I think you should live up to the terms of the contract.

Large bureaucracy that struggles to provide customer service.

Disappointed in dealing with the Pulte bureaucracy when trying to get minors changes made during the build process. Pulte was more concerned with the process of building your house than it was to making sure they provided great customer service. Had to pay a $250 service charge to change out a refrigerator that cost less than the refrigerator that Pulte had scheduled for the house. Painting is a very poor quality and still cleaning or touching up paint issues.

Pulte Homes communications are terrible. More excuses than carter has pills!!!!!!! Took 17 months to get into the house. Cost us alot of money due to rising interest rates. Would I ever do business with them again NO NO NO!!!! Talked to other people where will live and the same response from almost every one.

I worked with three builders and they were all excellent. The vendors you use are horrible. My home was very dirty when I moved in. Caulking not complete, stained and scratched floors, cupboards don’t close properly. Scratched granite countertops, etc.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Pulte. They do not stand behind their word and do not respond to your customer care complaints. There is no pride in the workmanship and no integrity for the customer.

I feel the overall experience was underwhelming. Very dissappointed in materials and quality of work. It seems that Pulte is not interested in building a quality home. The amount if stucco is half the amount that was homes they built previously. Quality if cabinets are horrible and the paint they used is very cheap. They told us that everything found on the walk through would be fixed by the time they turned over the keys. They had only fixed a small percentage.

We have been lied to since the beginning. Additional golf course and club house we were told they were building - apparently Pulte knew as far back as 2017 that was not going to happen. Final punch list has barely been touched, Pulte didn't even do touch up paint! Still waiting on several items like mirrors! Throughout the process there were things that should have been red flags and not addressed. Now I’m in the house with multiple issues and no resolution as to when or if they will be resolved. Microwave/oven doesn’t match other appliances and doesn’t fit in the slot. Cupboards were never adjusted and there are gaps, etc. Thomas was not caring or personable at all. Bowed walls in some rooms. Window screens have screens not attached in frame. Careless work on most things.

Extremely dishonest sales staff. Promises were made and not kept. The day we walked our home, and paid the initial deposit, there were stainless steal appliances. The day we closed and received our keys the stainless steel appliances had been removed and replaced with downgraded black appliances. Extremely sad and disappointed with our experience.

Six months still no cabinets

Too much money, took too long, unskilled workers, poor workmanship.

Building a new home should be fun, but this experience was awful. The workers were unskilled laborers who couldn’t speak English and left garbage everywhere. We have crooked walls, paint on the floors, garbage in the attic, crooked wall switches, frayed carpet entering the bedrooms, We are missing mirrors, towel racks, bathroom hardware, and need our doors re-keyed for our front door. Pulte’s representatives say anything to appease, but don’t resolve any issues. They make excuses. We paid way too much money for this home and would never buy from them again.

The Finnish work is sloppy. Once I signed the papers none of the problems with the house were fixed. ZERO communication on follow up. Seems like they just want to move on to building more houses and don’t care about customer satisfaction.

The purchase and closing on our house was very good, However now that we are in, we closed December 17 2021, we have had a roof leak that damaged the garage and laundry room that has still out been repaired.
