The overall experience was very good. Time of construction took took a few weeks longer than projected but with Covid 19 that was expected.

They are receptive to answering questions and going over the details during construction.

Build a good house

The people associated with Pulte from the sales team to the field managers are all very helpful, personable and easy to work with. We purchased our house and lot during Covid19, sight unseen from 1000 miles away and it was the easiest home we have had built to date. We worked with a designer online using facetime to choose our cabinets, counter tops, flooring, etc... and our sales rep. gave us good advice on what features and options to go with. He also sent us photos of the construction process each week and answered any questions or concerns that we had. Homes are basically built very well, but at the same time they go up fast. Home buyers are given ample opportunity to stay abreast of plans, changes, and overall progress. COVID-19 has affected some aspects, and we wish we could have somehow "gotten the jump" on things like landscaping and window coverings so they could get started near closing. But no regrets here!

Project mgr did a great job.

Being on the East coast during the construction was difficult and didn’t have the best updates of construction.

Pulte/Del Webb did a good job building our house. There were a few issues but our Field Manager, Brandon, got the work scheduled and is getting us done. There are some communication issues between Sales and Construction could improve so that the Buyer understands the building process better,

Our overall experience was positive largely due to our sales consultant, Mark M., and our wonderful field manager, Nick. The “prices” are reasonable—BUT the cost of options to make the house livable is outrageous. The lack of complete sheathing in the framing stage—the Pulte process—is of concern to us. Even though Pulte Provides dumpsters, the construction lots are a mess—we are constantly picking up trash blown into our yard. Workers throw down food scraps, plastic bottles, and trash. If they can’t put it in the “construction only” dumpsters, provide recycling and trash containers!

Recommend a home inspection be done during or after construction

Overall we are pleased with the home build. If there is a negative I would say that the strong demand within Sun City Festival has lead to a shortage of trades for the work and it sometimes reared it's ugly head with either delays or sub par work. Ultimately everything was made right shortly after close and it is a lovely home.

Nick is a great representative for Pulte during the build process.

It has required multiple visits to resolve a couple issues. Love the layout of the house and 98% of the construction went smoothly. Our construction manager Mike has been very helpful trying to resolve a couple of issues. The subcontractors have required multiple visits on a couple issues that Mike assumed the would schedule and take care of the issue on a single visit. The house overall has met our expectations, this being the 4th house we have constructed in the Phoenix metro area.

Elaine, our salesperson was awesome. Our project manager for the construction, Mike was very helpful and took care of concerns promptly. Love our new home!

Our experience has been a good one, this is the fifth new home we have owned. This has been the best build we have encountered so far.

Understand you contract before you buy.

Pulte comes out with a survey almost immediately after you move in. Be sure the "punch list" is totally remedied before you rate your foreman.

Some materials not top quality, as in baseboards, etc. Floor tile installation adequate, but not wonderful. Walls not even and/or level. More choices with hardware/faucets/light fixtures. Overall a beautiful home but I have had experience with private builders with better outcome!

Very happy with the quality of our house. Everyone was very responsive durning the build process which was very helpful as we were not in the area.
