The sales staff was great! However the construction build quality leaves a lot to be desired. Two weeks after closing a pipe leak in the ceilingI destroyed one wall completely. It needs to be taken down to the studs, reinsulated, drywall replaced, painted and baseboard replaced. Carpet pad also has to be replaced. The HVAC system is not operating properly. Half the home has air flow, the other half nothing. Also have three large windows that do not seal the properly. There is at least a 1 inch gap in the upper corners between the window and frame. This means the frame isn't square & wasn't shimmed properly. When spending over a half million dollars for a home I expect the quality to be a lot better than what I've experienced. I am not happy! The home buying experience seems very simple. Ken in sales very knowledgeable and explained answers to my questions very well. After buying my home, I had come across 3 major issues which doesn't make a person happy. I give Roby, my contact 5 stars in his responses to my issues and helping with contacting the proper people to resolve these issues.

The process was well organized and communication was pretty good.

We love our new home and our construction manager Nick has been great to work with. Home was delivered dirty however and warranty issues have been difficult to get addressed.

Salesman Jerry, excellent. Came in on day off to accommodate our schedules. Construction Superintendent Blaze did great job of keeping home on schedule & keeping us informed.

The builder working with the buyer didn’t really happen until the end but it all worked out and the house is great!

I have a quality built home, and was well supported by all divisions of Pulte involved in the construction and financing.

My home was not cleaned upon my arrival. Multiple repairs not done. The response from Elaine in sales was wonderful. She facilitated help from construction manager Ron who responded right away and had Steve meet with me to help. Ron and Steve are also great and really helped me. I am meeting with the warranty team, as my backsplash needs to be replaced due to numerous incorrectly installed glass tiles. There are several other installation issues that Ron is helping me to correct

Quality of build. Amenities to use

I love my home however I think there could’ve been better workmanship and care taken when completing it. Christian was helpful acknowledging and resolving a few of the problems. I have hired an outside inspector who found many more problems. As I look around now I find a few more that I feel was basically done either in a rush by workers trying to complete things or maybe they just didn’t care. I have a tile that was put not put in with the pattern in mind, I have granite that is cracked and lots of other things too numerous to mention on this. I am going to trust fully that Pulte homes will take care of these problems as I do love my home but hope to love it even more! Thank you ... More

Nice home. Wish closing wasn’t rushed for a better walkthrough experience.

Good construction manager and superintendent! Average and sloppy subcontractors. Good follow up and correction of building flaws and imperfections created by subcontractors.
