The grass that was installed was terrible. Most didn’t have dirt connected to it and is straw now. I mentioned it to the contractor and he said they were switching sod companies that only benefited my neighbors that have really nice sod now.

I was and am very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Cynthia and the entire Centex/Pulte Team were genuine in their intent to help us get into our home without any added stress. They were kind, caring and seemed to always be looking out for our best interest. They for sure built a trust and lasting friendship through the process. I can’t thank them enough for making this move a reality for us.

Working with Jordan, Keith, and Bruce was great! They were knowledgeable and responsive.

Quality of products to build home are LOW. WINDOWS ARE 'CHEAP' type. Paid over 500k, i would expect at least a tilt in but expected double hung style. Craftmanship is average to low. No access to front of attic area over garage or front of house. Layout of home is excellent. Outside looks very nice.

The entire team did a great a job. The team did not only focus on me getting the house in 100% state but saw the Home in the house, the Family in the Home and the Love to be shared in the Home. Thanks!

After the closing of the house , the sales agent doesn’t reply the general question. I had some mails coming . I just texted back to my agent . No reply . At he could have said he doesn’t know about that or talk to different person . No reply at all. Like we don’t have no relationship once his sale is completed .

The Centex team was very professional and helpful. After searching for several months for a home, the Centex team was a refreshing change. The process went quickly and everything was just as they said it would be with no surprises.

Over all very happy with the purchase. Unfortunately some things like the final cleaning of the house at closing were below par (probably contracted out) but Pulte has worked to get that corrected. Somethings concerning supply chain issues meant that certain things had to be supplied after moving in but again Pulte has been working to correct that and kept us informed. Again pleased with our house.

I had a great experience overall. Janel and Cameron was great, always kept me updated on the process and answered any questions during a timely matter. They were Awesome!

Unfortunately, l was not able to be present throughout the construction process, but Justin kept me informed of everything through out the entire process. Justin is very dependable and responsive to any request fairly quickly. I was very nervous as this is my first home but with all the information given to me by Justin I felt as ease and everything was seamless. In addition to Justin, Pat was alway pleasantly and readily available to answer and clarify any questions I had. I would like to thank Justin and Pat for helping go through this process smoothly.

Our builder was super nice and personable. She herself owns a Centex home and wanted the best for our home owning experience.

Brad and Alex were super excellent!! My home is beyond amazing. We used Pulte Mortgage (that experience was not so pleasant, which almost ruined the entire experience) Overall I love my house and it was all worth it.
