Everything they said would be done, was done. The workmanship from some of their subcontractors could improve. Each subdivision should be able to use their own subs instead of who corporate office requires them to use. I think this would improve workmanship where it's lacking.

I encountered Afew issues along the building process but Renee out my mind at ease by being very responsive,attentive and helping me out with last minute addition to home that was necessary I order for me to close on home . I’m so greatful for her! I still have several things that continue to come up with the home requiring repairs but so far repairs have been met.

The sales people were great. The construction bos was very good.

I like how quick they are to respond when there is a correction that needs to be made.

With so many home buying options Bloomfield delivered what it was expected. Even with the current health crisis a lot of suppliers have been affected and the building process was definitely impacted by that; however Bloomfield maintained a consistent communication with us and how things were developing during the process. Also, my experience using Bloomfield’s own financial mortgage services was excellent. Happy with our decision of buying a home here in Somerset.

As a first time home buyer, this process was stress free for me due in part to Community Sales Manager Robin and Builder Eric.

I have to start of by saying I've heard a lot of good but quite a bit of bad in regards to getting a new home built. Bloomfield made the process very effortless, they explained the process well and answered all my questions as they arose. Most of all, my home was finished on time! I'd definitely recommend Bloomfield and use them again if i decided to purchase another home in the future.

THE BATHROOMS ARE SO SMALL YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH THE DOOR WITHOUT SCRATCHING YOURSELF. PUDDY SMEARED AROUND TRIM IN BATHROOMS. NO HANDLES ON CABINETS AT ALL. GUEST BEDROOMS IS TOO SMALL. CABINETS SLAM REALLY LOUD! Hate it!

Sib was professional, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process. Unfortunately our dealings with the project manager are less than ideal. We are waiting for issues to be corrected almost 60 days past closing. Some issues identified during a “blue tape” walkthrough and some discovered since. The issues run from a defective water heater to landscaping. Very frustrated with the lack of communication and follow through.

Our journey started just coming to Godley to see a pre-existing home. It was a Bloomfield home, but was unavailable to see. So we decided to see a model, The Carolina, and fell in love with it. Ms. Francine was wonderful. She walked us thru the process and built our excitement. Kyle, our project manager, was patient and accepted every call of concern during the process. Overall it was a great experience. Ms. Lola and Rita were very helpful in picking our selections for our new home as well. Great location and great builders!

Great buying experience with smooth transactions. Lovely environment. It was a pleasure making our first home choice with Bloomfield.

Home style looks great. With the detail of the home comes attention to the design details and craftsmanship. Some good materials were uses on the home but the install of items were less than great in some areas. Builder was willing to fix which was good.

My wife and I was in the market for a new home, and cane across Bloomfield Homes. The sales person was very helpful.

Now that we have experienced a hard freeze in the house I’m very disappointed in the insulation and the lack of insulation on the water lines. We have been without power for 24hrs and the water lines are frozen this is with 18in of insulation. The window all have condensation on them on the inside!!! The master bath toilet light has burnt out!! Mind you we have lived here for 3 months. The thought process of running water lines in the attic only keeps them warm when you heat is working!!! As in heat rises but without heat they will and are frozen. The hot water pipes even have black foam insulation on them and they are still frozen. Other than that the house seems to be sufficient. If the quality of the home matched the price or if this wasn’t a new build the review wouldn’t be bad but considering it’s a new build and high price I shouldn’t be fighting to get hole repaired.

Great sale experience. Easy to make changes as time progressed. However, more attention to detail would be recommended. I feel this would cut down on future warranty claims as we are dealing with now. I understand true perfection is not attainable in anything, but some things are truly obvious with workmanship. No need to cut corners on the trades end. I will say, everything was addressed by the project manager that was brought to his attention in a timely manner. Overall, good experience.

Our house was delivered on time and the closing process was quick and easy.
