Great sale experience. Easy to make changes as time progressed. However, more attention to detail would be recommended. I feel this would cut down on future warranty claims as we are dealing with now. I understand true perfection is not attainable in anything, but some things are truly obvious with workmanship. No need to cut corners on the trades end. I will say, everything was addressed by the project manager that was brought to his attention in a timely manner. Overall, good experience.

Our house was delivered on time and the closing process was quick and easy.

The Builder has made our home buying experience a lot smoother. We are first time home buyer and had no idea how the process works and what are all the steps involved, but the builder guided us through and have helped us each step of the way. We are very happy with it and would definitely recommend Bloomfield Homes

Bloomfield is a great construction company. I made a deep search before deciding on what company I will work with. And found out Bloomfield is the one best fits my expectations. In overall material and laborhood looks great although house design could be better at some aspects. In short, I’d definitely recommend Bloomfield who is looking for a new place.

We have been very pleased with our Bloomfield home. Our construction manager has been great.

The buying process and quality of the home is impeccable.......my only high disappointment was we were told this neighborhood could have unground pools upon going to the city they stated the lots are not big enough per city code. When we asked the subdivision to help get a PD amendment for the community so we could have pools they told us NO we would get no help from them. The PD amendment will cost EACH of us residents who apply over $1000. As we were misinformed the subdivision should pay for this! Or at a minimum waive our HOA for next year that is also $1000. Very very very disappointing buying your dream house with plans (which was 100 % stated at the buying process) to have our oasis backyard to enjoy our home then to be told NO and the subdivision won't help. ... Beautiful home and very well built, they take pride in quality not quantity, so far we love our home

Overall building experience went well w/Bloomfield!We would suggest Bloomfield for building home.They gave us a date of move in w/o any real issues.The date to move in was correct and didn’t have to worry about any double moves.

Very helpful, direct, and seemingly straightforward. A good listener and quickly responded to all my questions.

Excellent quality home, though market is generally 10% overpriced.

The sales people were great and I worked hard to get into this house. I paid the extra $500 to have an inspection done on the house and sent a report. I was affirmed that everything on the report was complete. Then I moved in after closing and saw almost nothing on the list was touched. Even parts of the house weren’t painted. It has been almost two months later and I still haven’t had any of these things taken care of. The approach the builder took was to just let them know what they didn’t do instead of them doing another walk around and getting it fixed. I work and travel way too much so I can’t find time to go through the house and make a list for them. I also haven’t had a working dishwasher after almost two months and the smell in my kitchen is getting out of hand. Love the house and feel it was a really good value. Sales guy was a bit of a stick in the mud as we were working on closing with our realtor. The guys on the build side are nice and helpful. The warranty guy is great very responsive and helpful. I’d recommend Bloomfield to others with some heads up for the process.

Overall satisfied with Bloomfield. Process was smooth, handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Possibly one of the more better built homes I’ve purchased. There’s no doubt the property manager, Lance was very attentive and offered his services many of times with his busy schedule. My only concern or issue is that I paid for an install of CAT 5 jacks on wall, assuming there would also be a media or home run box to come with. The jacks were there, but, none were hooked up nor connected and terminated. To me that makes no sense in half doing the work due to the cost.

Hew home finished on time. As with any new home, you tend to discover some flaws in the workmanship. Nothing major just a few minor items that were addressed rather quickly.

The Bloomfield home I purchased was to my satisfaction

The overall models are the best looking of most all home builders.

Everything was good but some of the builders rushed in some places and we had to call to get some things fixed but overall everything is good, a price we can afford and no major issues so far

People at office were very helpful

From the very beginning when I stepped in to the model home, I was very impressed. I was able to make my selections for my new home, and was very happy with the choices. My home turned out beautifully. I would recommend Bloomfield to everyone that wants to have their home built.
