We love the house and have had no problems at all. The build quality seems very good, and the process of buy the house was handled without issue in a very professional manner.

The company's on-site sales representative worked with us on floorpan selection and all the changes and upgrades we wanted. He negotiated great pricing on the base model and all of our changes. Bloomfield has a terrific top quality product and design package. We are truly happy that we selected Bloomfield as our builder.

Steve was very friendly and helpful. He made you feel at home before you even bought the home. Was willing to work with you and answer any questions you had.

David, Kim, and Ruben could not have made our buying experience any better. From the first time we walked into Hagen Hill all the way to move in has been a wonderful experience. All three of them go out of their way to make the process go smooth. When we have called to have an issue resolved, they responded quickly and took care of the issue. Buying a home from Bloomfield was a fun experience. Working with our sales agent and his support staff kept me informed of construction progress, walking us through each phase of construction. It was actually a fun experience, much more so than our previous home’s builder. Great neighbors too! Jessie was absolutely amazing , he was always available for questions and helped guide us when making our ultimate decision. The few problems that we have had have been resolved for the most. We still have a few small Items that need to be resolved, but am confident that they will be addressed to our satisfaction.

Sales manager for Rockwood in Mansfield TX was excellent and responsive. The quality in the finish out had some issues that the subcontractors should have fixed before closing.

My first name is Michael not Matthew, please correct my name in your records. Our Walkthru was great. The person that did the walkthru was well knowledgeable in all aspects of the house. Answered all our questions in depth. I have one complaint. The fence is not completely done. There are several bolts missing from the 2poles bracket. The fence is held up with one bolt in the metal brackets.

My realtor found this home that had been recently reduced in price. Love the layout! Nice, quiet neighborhood.

This is not the first time I’ve bought a new home. I’ve had them made and I’ve bought from builders and we never have one inspected before we move in. Builders are notorious for being particular about their builds. So we usually save a home inspection for 11 months so any issues can be fixed at the one year. This is the first time I wish I’d had it inspected. Our breaker to the washer was weak and had to be inspected & ultimately replaced because it couldn’t complete a washing cycle without tripping the breaker, the irrigation did not work and was not connected so it registered as running but nothing was being watered, the air conditioning wasn’t even connected at the condenser so it ran constantly & the temp kept climbing, there was not a filter in the AC unit at all, the garbage disposal was locked up and we had to unjam it, panels in the kitchen cabinets had gotten wet and were installed with warped wood, the locks on all interior doors jammed and couldn’t be unlocked and needed to be replaced, the door to the garage did not have a lock on it at all and it had an interior handle which wasn’t powerful enough to open that heavy of a door and the handle completely fell off so we were left with trying to open the door with a cord or just prop it open and finally the doorstop to the front door broke a flew off down the hall. Don’t get me wrong I love this home and wouldn’t replace it, however, I highly recommend that you spend the $$ for a home inspection because Bloomfield does not take the time to inspect their homes correctly. An AC unit that isn’t even connected & doesn’t have a filter is basically an elementary find and the builder didn’t find it. We didn’t find it either because it was freezing temperatures when we did our final walk through and we never tried the irrigation or the AC. Things go wrong in new homes too, and their warranty dept responds and fixes things, we just expected the builder to be as thorough as past builders have been on our other homes. ... More

From the day I put my earnest payment on 12/5/2025, I experienced a methodical well oiled process! I’ve always heard not good stories of the process to close, however, my process started with God, went through it with God and I’m living in my home because of God; because what God has for me is for me!
