Jyoti and Shannon are very friendly and helpful. Whatever issues we bring up, they take care of it right away. The quality of the house is good and we like the design of the house.

I've been living in my townhome now for 4 months and any issue that I've had whether small or big has been taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone at Beazer homes has made my first time home worth investing in a new build!

We purchased an inventory home from Ashley. She is very patient and always responds our questions and address our concerns quickly. Also she is very professional from showing the property to negotiations and beyond. After we got home inspected, Josh took over and fixed pretty much all the defects pointed out by the inspector, and he even went extra mile so we can close on time. Overall a great experience.

Beazer did a great job from start to finish!

The overall experience was great. Loved working with Josh in the office he made us feel at home right away. The construction management are great they were on site and always made sure we were taken care of.

I'm incredibly pleased with my new home in the Beazer-Waverly community. The Beazer team made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Monique's prompt communication and helpful answers during construction were invaluable. Cynthia and her team's attention to detail in resolving minor issues was also impressive. I was very pleased to work with Mike and his team during the selection process the and warranty review process. Mike thoroughly explained the systems and warranty process and was always available to answer questions, often showing up at my door within minutes of my texting him. Very pleased with Mike’s expertise and professionalism. Beazer is lucky to have someone like Mike on their team!

Our experience has been pleasant overall. The team is consistently friendly, professional and cohesive. Throughout our time we have had wonderful responses to all of our needs and I am happy to say that has carried through to the other side of purchasing our home.

I love and cherish my new home. I had a wonderful team. Phil was always helpful especially when I would get very worried(I’m definitely an overthinker, lol). Eric went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my liking. Even now Haley is making sure anything that may arise is taken care of. Thank you all!

We recently purchased our Beazer home and Shannon and Jyoti who was working there at the sales office did an outstanding job in helping us with our purchase of our Beazer home and the experience was fantastic! Shannon was incredibly helpful and knew everything about the construction of the homes and explained every aspects clearly such as how Beazer homes go above and beyond and are built above the standard homes. The application process was all digital and Jyoti helped us with it making the process go very smoothly. They were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process, making everything smooth and stress-free. The house is in a wonderful location, close to a huge 9 acre amazing Oasis Park which is perfect for kids. The neighborhood is beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes it a joy to come home to every day. We couldn't be happier with our new home and highly recommend Beazer homes.
