Buying a home can be very stressful but not with Beazer and especially not when you work with Hayley and Cynthia. Any questions, concerns and even if an issue did arise both Hayley and Cynthia took the time to assist and I felt they truly cared about any concerns. The communication about timelines through the entire building process was exceptional! Could not have asked for a better experience!

The customer service and communication were excellent throughout the process. The team we were blessed to work with were extremely knowledgeable in the quality materials and efficient procedures Beazer uses. Our dream team consisted of sales Connor, design studio Hailey, and builder Jackson. The experience as out of state buyers flowed so smoothly. Our team was thorough in explaining the process and timeline. Called, text and emailed updates and photos weekly. We are very happy with our home and the excellent customer service and care we continue to receive on minor adjustments after the move in. Love living in the community Beazer created. My experience with beazer homes was wonderful the home is very beautiful and exceeded expectations. I highly recommend.

From the selection of the home plan to the handing over of the home keys, the process using Beazer was easy, drama-free, and high quality with a high level of constant communication during the build process. High five to Keith on the build side and Marlo on the sale side for making this process seamless and pleasant.

Even though we have closed builder is still helpful when little things are needed or even help with a dog who ran from the house.

Beautiful home and amazing team. Sales agent Myla was extremely friendly and was on top of every little detail and prompt in responding. Wade was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions during our walk through. Home was very well built. Only wish 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were bit bigger.

We originally were looking at Elk Grove locations but decided to give Beazer in Rancho Cordova a try. We were welcomed by Jody and right away she had great customer service — even catering to our 2 little ones. She was upfront and could tell she’s a seasoned vet in this industry. Everything aligned perfectly with the quick move in we liked and together as a team, Jody, Cindi, Lavega, and Humberto made it happen for us! The overall experience was really good. I was impressed by how David took care of all the issues identified during our initial home inspection. All issues were addressed and resolved before the final/closing inspection was conducted within a relatively short amount of time.

Robert in sales was super helpful choosing the right plan and lot, and a pleasure to work with. Brice and Nathan were always responsive to answering questions throughout the construction process. They were available to walk through and explain things as the house was built, and were helpful with any changes or fixes that needed to be addressed. Love the new house!

It is my first Beazer home and I need to say it was a very pleasant experience in general, the team, starting with Mr. Phil, was amazing, and when we finally got our home, Garret and Brittany were always accompanying us in the whole process. Tiny details appear in the home after 3 months, and they always help us to solve details and doubts. Thanks for your hard work.

My experience purchasing a townhome in Tulip Hills was great! Rob was and continues to be extremely personable and responsive. He made me feel welcome, and like it really matters to him that the property is well-maintained. Whenever I have had a question or concern, he has gone over and above to address them. Travis has been very easy to work with, and is super friendly, as well. The quality of the craftmanship is important to him.
